Dr. Mariarita Salvitti Fermin, MD

I'll admit, I was terrified when I was told my son would need surgery but Dr. Salvitti answered all my questions before the surgery was scheduled as well as before the actual procedure. After the procedure, she made sure to sit with my husband and I to let us know how everything went and what to expect. She is a very caring and understanding doctor.

Our son was injured in a Lacrosse accident and Dr. Salvitti was the Urologist on call. It was very late at night before we were admitted to Joe DiMaggio from the hospital where we went for the emergency visit, but she came in right away and did an emergency surgery in the middle of the night. She was very professional and eased our concerns in a very stressful and frightening situation. She did a great job with the surgery and post op visits - she made sure our son did not feel uncomfortable with the visits. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I was shocked at how cold this doctor was especially considering she’s dealing with babies. After our consultation which we were billed an insane amount for, we decided to go with someone else and are extremely greatful we did.
