Dr. Christopher Scott Polizzi, PhD

Dr Chris is one of several therapists that I have sought out due to having an extreme mental illness diagnosis. Dr Chris helped me better than any other therapist I have had an I would recommend him to anyone that needs assistance with accepting and working through a mental illness diagnosis. I would see Dr Chris again if I ever moved back to the South Bay.

I have been so impressed with the results I have had from sessions with Dr Chris and the improvement in my life that I have referred members of my family and friends to him. At times all I needed was to talk, which he let me. Other times he gave me techniques to use so I could overcome the urge to hurt myself. He helped me see I had so much more in life that I wanted to accomplish and so many people here that I loved that I wanted to spend more time with. After time passed I was better able to put my grief into perspective and find the happy memories that I had of the people that I had loved and lost. If you are struggling and want someone that will truly make an effort to help you, give Dr Polizzi a call. I am so glad I did.

I sought out Dr Polizzi to address some ongoing issues that were hindering me from addressing some problems in my life and making decisions about how to move forward. Dr Polizzi was a good listener, and gave me lots of encouragement and positive support as we fleshed out different options I could choose. He is highly professional, positive and upbeat in all his interactions with me. I was successfully able to address the issues that were holding me back and then able to make good decisions that not only moved me forward but greatly improved my life. I am much happier now. I credit Dr Polizzi and the quality therapy I received.

Dr Polizzi literally saved my life during a very serious downward spiral. I have had experience with quite a few therapists and know that he is truly an exceptional practitioner. I had a very bad experience with this man, throwing me into a grp I didn't belong in and then blaming me. He is a brilliant man that used to be an engineer. He should never be a therapist.
