Saw Dr. Tidwell for 4 years regarding condition

Very cold persona. As I have a hearing ptoblem, my wife sat with me for the visit, Dr. Tidwell never acknowledged her presence during the entire visit. He ignored any questions she directed towards him. I will never return to this office, he is extremely uncaring.

Does not meet expectations staff indifferent uncaring type demeanor would nor recommend then to others

I brought my 87 year old Mother, who is hard of hearing, to see Dr. Tidwell about her shortness of breath today. His staff was pleasant and efficient. Upon entering the room, Dr. Tidwell introduced himself, and went over my Mother's medical history, taking the time to speak to her directly due to her hearing problems. He was also able to do all of this while documenting her history on his EHR system. His exam was focused, and at the end of the encounter, he explained his work up plans and treatment plans clearly to her as well as to me. The check out process was quick, and his staff was able to make accommodations for follow up at a time when I will be able to accompany my Mother back to his office. My Mother was very pleased with her encounter with Dr. Tidwell today. I would certainly recommend Dr. Tidwell to any of my family or friends.

After many doctors, he was the only one who was able to help my cough.

THIS DOCTOR GIVES THE IMPRESSION THAT HE COULDN'T CARE LESS WHETHER HE SEES YOU, OR NOT. SEEMS TO HAVE A ONE TRACK MIND PROCESS SINCE HE TYPES AND DOESN'T ASK QUESTIONS, NOR MAKES COMMENTS ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE TELLING HIM. OF COURSE, THIS LEADS ONE TO BELIEVE THAT HE IS NOT INTERESTED IN TAKING CARE OF YOU. I CONSIDER HIM TO BE A "REAL DUD". WILL DEFINITELY NOT SEE HIM AGAIN AFTER HAVING THE TESTS FOR WHICH I AM SCHEDULED, AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE ELSE!!! MY RED FLAG ALWAYS GOES UP WHEN SOMEONE HAS DIFFICULTY MAKING EYE CONTACT WHILE TALKING WITH ME.

Worst office staff!!! The women are extremely rude and could take a course in everyday hospitality. Because of his staff he will never see me again.

Dr. Tidwell has always been nice to me and I believe he has diagnosed my lung problem correctly. Now, his staff could really use a course/seminar on customer service. Most, not all, seem to be very rude and uncaring. I even had confrontations with two of the staff members who used to work there. This office rarely calls to remind you of appointments and for some reason gives two or three people the same appointment time. Since my time is just as important as Dr. Tidwell's and since I hate waiting, I find this practice very frustrating. As stated, I like Dr. Tidwell and I feel he does a good job, but he really does need to find innovative ways to improve his office staff.

Dr Tidwell is a fair doctor but doesn't spend time with you. His office staff is rude. They cannot take messages properly and do not follow through.When I questioned them on a week long issue, I was told to find another doctor.

What a waste of time and money! Totally unsatisfactory visit, disinterested in symptoms, acted like I was wasting his time and HUGELY OVERCHARGED!!!! Follow-up, I would not dream of returning.
