Reception people were frazzled by the upcoming office relocation and their customer service was well below their previous levels. I had to wait in line for twenty minutes just to check in. Once I was checked in things progressed more smoothly.

A physician's pharmacopoeia is only part of the totality of his/her treatment. All licensed physicians know what medicines to prescribe or they'd have lost their license long before they saw you. From the first few minutes of one's first visit, Dr. Woodard is asking questions, listening closely to one's answers, and formulating an opinion for your course of treatment that, at least in my case, has turned out, literally, perfectly. I was diagnosed with BPH several years ago, but Dr. Woodard was the first urologist to pursue a comprehensive plan for my care that included two biopsies and the discontinuation of my finasteride (unsuccessfully), followed by the resumption of such finasteride and the complete remission of my prostate problems. Had I not trusted in his state-of-the-art command of both urological and interpersonal issues that impact the condition, the end result would have been quite different. With his deep understanding of his Lancaster County patient population, Dr. Woodard… is one of the greats.
