Dr. Chuba Bosa Ononye

I began seeing Dr. Ononye about a year before he opened Bendel Clinic. When I found out he’d moved from the practice he was at, I was very upset. As I was waiting to see what doc they were giving me, three separate patients came in to ask the staff where he went. I listened, and called him later that day. Why? Because this man is the best doctor I’ve had in my 63 years. He listened to me and made sure to explain in detail what was happening. He saved my life & I’ve been free of the ailment causing me 25-30 hospital visits a year! I pray he’s practicing until I’m gone.

Referrals aren't sent you can't get your meds.bbusy. If you need bloodwork good luck getting in. Quality of care is terrible! Very unprofessional! If you want a good Dr that has time for you doubt waste it here. I was told by Daysha his MA that he's to busy and doesn't have time for his patients.

Dr. Ononye is one of the best doctors I've ever had. His knowledge & dedication to patients is amazing. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Ononye was dismissive to my concerns and did not perform a basic exam which should have been done. Then, when ordering labs he botched the medical codes resulting in zero coverage for what my insurance company stated they would cover 100% with the corrected codes. My insurance company advised me to have my provider resubmit with the proper codes - a "simple, routine matter". I documented the claim numbers and proper codes and hand delivered a letter to Dr. Ononye's office asking him to please resubmit with the specified codes per my insurance company's instructions. He failed to do this needlessly costing me a lot of money. Terrible.

Went to see him once, felt like he didnt even see me, i brought in mri for him to look at so he would know my problems better, he read thru them fast, then left and didnt come bk, assistant came in and handed me blood work order, didnt say why, felt like i was in the Twilight zone, I never went bk, and found another Doctor. I just cant say i would mrecommend this Doctor.

Very gentle. Listened to what I had to say. When I told him previous experiences with the medicines he recommended he changed the prescription to what I had had success with in the past. Very knowledgable. I would highly recommend Dr. Ononye.

HORRIBLE DR DID EVEN GREAT US DIDNT LOOK AT MY PROBLEM ONCE WAS IN THE ROOM WITH FOR LIKE 10 MINUTES AND STEPPED OUT BECAUSE HE WAS GONNA GIVE ME A REFFERAL AND NEVER CAME BACK I WAS EXPECTING HIM TO RETURN SO I COULD ASK HIM MORE QUESTIONA AND TELL HIMID LIKE LAB WORK BUT HE NEVER RETURNED JUST SENT THE MEDICAL ASSISTANT TO GIVE ME THE INFO THE SPECIALIST. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS "DOCTOR" AND FRONT STAFF NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL

I liked that he took his time with us, and that he sent us to a specialist when he thought they could help us better.

This was NOT a pleasant experience. Front desk was rude and short spoken. There was loud hip hop music that was very inappropriate and staff was certainly uncaring and unfriendly.

Dr. Ononye and Maria are the BEST!!! I am so blessed to call Dr. Ononye my doctor. Dr. Ononye and Maria go above and beyond for their patients. Dr. Ononye has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have ever visited. Sure you may to wait a few minutes but know this...Dr. Ononye treats all his patients the same with care, follow up and courtesy/professionalism. Dr. Ononye is worth the wait! I am forever greatful to him for so many reasons!
