Dr. Cindi Elise Jones-Woods, MD

My first visit with Dr. Jones was not an enjoyable experience. She was very late to my appointment and did not apologize or explain the cause of delay. She claims to have sent my prescription through mail order and i have yet to receive any medicine in the mail no matter how many time i bring it up with her. also have a funny feeling that she does not have much knowledge about health because when i went to her with an issue she recommended me to a procedure that gave zero answers to the issue i brought up to her. Now i am stuck with bills from the procedure with no resolution to my issues. I am now seeking a new pcp due to her lack of awareness and professionalism.

Awful visit, she was extremely unprofessional.

Saw Dr. Jones-Woods, waited 5 weeks for a referral appointment only to be told I had been referred to the wrong doctor. Upon questioning Dr. Jones-Woods' assistant I was told I was referred for a problem that I didn't have. Asked to have my medical information faxed to another doctor, was told it would be done same day, records never got sent.

I reviewed various doctors in the area and based on Dr. Jones Woods' reviews and background decided to give her a try. I was not disappointed from the front desk staff to the lab app. My visit with Dr. Jones Woods, was on time with very little wait, she took her time to get to know me and offered advise and recommendations for my concerns. I did follow both the advise and recommendations and very pleased with the outcome. I have a new Internal Doctor. Thank you Tristar for bringing high quality care to Smryna.

Dr. Cindi is the primary physician for both my wife and I, and is very caring, concise, and concerned with the good health of all her patients. The office staff is always helpful and friendly, and I would rate them a five also

I feel blessed to have Dr. Cindi Jones-Woods as my doctor. She shows concern and is very thorough. I appreciate the fact that she refers to my chart as she explains my medical condition and concerns. She also used that information to determine what is medically best for me. I often have to wait a little longer that I would like for her to come into the room, but I understand that she must give the rest of her patients who are scheduled for that day the appropriate amount of time so that she can meet their needs.

This is a great office. The receptionists do care and try their best to help you. The phlebotomists have never stuck me twice in the 6 years I have been a patient. The medical assistants are knowledgeable and always helpful.....( here a shout out to Tracy who has kindly put up with my questions and always helps). ..and to Dr Jones who is a great diagnostician in that she always seems to know how to help me. A big shout out to her as well.

Dr. Jones-Woods was great,I was looking for a doctor that cared and she has filled my needs to a "T".

Dr. Jones-Woods is professional. She is very kind and very detailed. I am so comfortable and blessed to have her as my physician.
