I wish you could leave ZERO Stars!! Absolutely HIDEOUS experience!! Illegally charging a $200 "New patient" fee and then charging a $200 fee for services that were not performed. Then to top it off the Complete Idiots in billing did not code the bill correctly. Lied to repeatedly, put on hold, threatened by billing. 100% aggravating and a complete wast of time. I would NEVER EVER go to this overcharged full of themselves practice. ZERO STARS - I guess when you have that many people working for you in several practices you build in a lot of layers to RIP PEOPLE OFF!!! ZERO STARS!!! SHAME ON YOU!!! I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT - although judging from your behavior probably pretty well, takes a special type to be nasty and self righteous. I wouldn't reccomend this practice to a dog!

The staff were pleasant but the doctor was curt, unfriendly, and the 1-2 min exam was rushed and non-informative. She was curt when I asked for information re available cosmetic procedures.Instead of allowing for a discussion or exchange of information , she directed me to the WR and told me she’d get me pamphlets. Instead of extending a courtesy by bringing the pamphlets to me, or even telling me what topics the pamphlets covered, she waited by the reception desk for me to come to her (there were no patients in the WR) and she just handed me the paperwork and walked away! When I made the appointment I wanted recommendations for a potential cosmetic procedure and for an area of discoloration. As a health professional for 35 years I have never been critical of a Physician that I sought medical evaluation from, for any reason but , this was a most unacceptable way to treat someone on their first and definitely last visit! My time with Dr. Hoffman did not exceed 2 min. and I would think… that my insurance would likely compensate her for a minimum of 15 min. for her professional time!

I went to see Dr.Hoffman for acne issue on my face. The nurse asked me all the questions when it started and stuff like that, very sweet nurse. Dr.Hoffman then came in and didn’t even talk to me walked in looked at my face from a far and said I am putting in medicine and then just walked out before I could even get one word in very unprofessional and didn’t make me feel good about helping me clean my face up I am working with another doctor to help me clean my face up I don’t suggest you see Dr Hoffman stay away not friendly at all

I was seeking a new dermatologist because my doctor of 30+ years is semi-retired. After waiting a month for an appointment, when I arrived the very pleasant nurse greeted me. After a long wait, two assistants arrived. One was mute and seemed to be observing; the other was chirpy, ingratiating and offensive, treating me as though I was a small child or mentally incompetent. When I mentioned that I had another issue to be checked out, she told me the doctor could check only the problem for which I made the appointment and that I would have to come back! After another long wait, Dr. Hoffman breezed in -- hurried, brusque and cold and spent less than 5 minutes with me. She barely looked at me and said I would have to come in for a full body check for my other issues, and she could not diagnose my rash because it was not "active" and that I might have to book an "emergency" visit when it was. No further explanation. Dr. Hoffman is among the worst physicians I have ever seen.

Called the office looking for my test results since they don’t have a curtesy to call their patients. I was told they can’t read my results because they’re not “ electronic “ and that I have to call Thursday back.

I have been going to see Dr. Hoffman for many years now for various reasons. My husband has also been a patient of hers. We find that her practice is very professional and well run. Dr. Hoffman is especially nice and she is a phenomenal dermatologist! We will surely grow old together, we love her.

went to see doctor about hair loss. never saw doctor. sent in tech who never heard of minoxidil. should have ran out door then. dermatology office that doesn't know what minoxidil is? another "assistant" comes in who does not even look at my scalp, doesn't even know anything about PRP procedure for hair loss that I went there for that doctor is advertising on website. left feeling deflated. won't be returning there.

She is a horrible doctor!! She make her own prejudgements .She did not spend time rushed out of room.Did not tell me what she prescribed. Come to find out she prescribed psyche meds without telling me. Went to a real doctor nota Dowas able to find our my problem from a blood test. I do not understand how she is still practicing medicine,She prejudge you with making up your problems no patience or understanding. I hope she is never treated the way I was,

Accepted an appointment with the PA who was very nice and thorough. The office staff, was unpleasant when I first made the appointment. During the exam PA took a biopsy and told me they would get back to me in 10 days to two weeks. I was away my self for a week at week 3. I called after a month and was told there was miscommunication and that they only call if the test was positive and fortunately mine was not. Tone was snippy. I then said that in the future patient should be told, once again snippy “I just told you.” Don’t know who had returned my call but a POOR reflection on this office. I will not return to this office as seems most reviews concur.

Awful! Long wait, rude, tries to push products she gets a commission on.
