very proffesional in th e atention to the patient

Dr. Cuperman is excellent. She spends the time required for a thorough exam, educates patients re: health issues and is personable. Her assistant, however, is quite rude and talks to patients as though they are errant children. It makes the visits very unpleasant. For Dr. Cuperman's expertise, I put up with her assistant. I do admit that, on that account, I tend to dread my appointments.

Having to wait months to get results from your tests to me is unacceptable. The office staff changes appointments the day before you are to come in. They are the most discourteous & unorganized doctors office I have ever been in. Also the dr should not accept personal phone calls or vists until you leave the office.

Dr. Cuperman is an extremely knowledgeable, caring and courteous physician. She made such a great positive impact in my health that will make me thankfull forever. Her bedside manners are incredible, as well as the lenghty amount of time available for all my questions. Her staff is excellent, very professional and warm.

I have to admit that she is a great human being and proffesional. She is very concern about every aspect of my health not just my heart and also she makes sure that all my doctors are in comunication with her.She is an angel

She is a wonderful doctor but her STAFF is horrible. They cancelled and change one's appointment on average at least twice for every routine visit. It is just so unprofessional. They called me once at 6:11PM the DAY before my appointment to say they needed to reschedule. We all work and well have busy schedules and when this is done two or three times on the same month for an appt it makes one cringe!
