Dr. Claire Uy Bravo, MD

Dr. Bravo was very thorough and not heavy handed. She spent the appropriate amount of time gathering my history, etc. I would recommend her. Four stars because the wait was a little too long and the ladies at the front desk were not very friendly/professional. Not sure why medical/dental front office people almost always seem so unhappy/rude.

I'm shocked at the negative review. I love Dr.Bravo. She is extremely diligent and probably saved me from getting cervical cancer. She is an excellent Dr.

Thoughtful and always made me feel comfortable. Very knowledgable and provided excellent care.

This review is for the Century City Office. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. You are putting yourself in medical danger if you go to this office. They are horrifyingly irresponsible and unreliable. Expect them to cancel your appointments with little to no warning. Expect them to promise they'll call you back later that day and then leave you hanging for a month or longer. Expect them to lie. Expect them to neglect you, forget about you, and disrupt your course of treatment or vaccination even in urgent cases. Don't jeopardize your health like I did.

Dr. Bravo and particularly her office staff are HORRIBLE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They LIE, they NEVER return phone calls, they are callous, uncaring...and almost criminally irresponsible. Any worse would be grounds for a lawsuit. I am in fact considering one already. A couple of things. First, Dr. Bravo herself recommended a surgical treatment to me that TWO other doctors said was archaic and outdated. In other words, if I hadn't gotten a better informed second opinion, she would have put me under the knife to do a procedure that was AGAINST CURRENT MEDICAL PRACTICE. Second, her office PROMISES to return calls, but the hit rate on returned calls is just about 1 out of 10. It doesn't matter if you have MEDICALLY RELEVANT DEADLINES, it doesn't matter if you are DUE FOR MEDICINE, they just let you hang, rot, even if you call them multiple times in a day. I've never dealt with more irresponsible, unprofessional people in my life, and now my health is at risk. If you have a medical issue,… PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ANY COST.

I waited in the waiting room for one hour. Then, I waited alone in the room to see the doctor for one more hour. Her office staff told me that on average, the waiting time to see her was one and a half to two hours. This doctor has no respect for her patients whatsoever. I waited a full two hours and never got to see the doctor.
