Amazing Doctor. Took her time. Got to know me, inquired about all aspects of my family. Comprehensive exam and testing. No judgement. Very personable. Had a conversation like she was one of my "gal pals". Open to my suggestions for treatment trials. Told me to just call the office if I wanted to pursue certain options. Really unlike any other doctor I have experienced. Sooooo happy that I found her!

Dr. Tilem has been my doctor over 20 years. Several times I've had to be hospitalized for a very serious health problem. She was there every step of the way! I am now in good health thanks to her excellent care!

I went to Dr. Tilem some years back. Her attitude was incredibly lax and at times enjoyably funny. That would have been o.k. but for the fact that this really was her attitude. The problem extended to her office staff. I had need to be admitted to our Huntington Hospital for a digestive issue and, due to cost, my insurance had lapsed. I wanted to reinstate my insurance with Blue Cross and I couldn't get her office to file paperwork that would have assisted me in getting my insurance reinstated. Her office led me along for weeks to the point where Blue Cross said that it had been too long since I was insured. They wouldn't allow me to reinstate my coverage. Of course, they mentioned that, in the mean time, I had been hospitalized and I now had a preexisting condition. They would not insure me. I went to Dr. Tilem's office and spoke with her office manager and they acted as though they didn't know what I was talking about and essentially ignored the issue. The 3 days in… hospital at Huntington ended up costing over $17,000.. I could barely afford the $520./mo. monthly insurance payment. I would have given a NO STAR rating if it was possible. It was a horrible experience to be treated like that.

Dr Tilem is the best. I have been with her over 20 years and quite honestly she is caring, I trust her, friendly, funny and knows what she is doing. I am a person in her office not a file and she makes me feel very confortable with any issue that may arise - and wil got the extra mile to make sure all is resolved properly. Very personable. My whole family goes to her, including my dad and wouldnt trust anyone else but her!

I've seen many doctors. As soon as I met Dr. Tilem, I realized that she was unlike any dr I've met. She was and still is like talking to your best friend who just happens to be the best doctor in town! LOVE HER

Dr. Tilem has been my doctor for over 20 years. She was originally referred to me by another excellent physician. Dr. Tilem could not be more outstanding. She will spend whatever time it takes to make sure you are diagosed and treated correctly. Sometimes this means a little wait, but she is worth every second.
