Welcome to counseling,
I've been a counselor since 2014 and feel honored to work with anyone seeking additional help to get their life back. Sometimes, your life doesn't feel right and things aren't going your way. We can work on that. Whether you are going through a difficult time adjusting to unforeseen things or you haven't felt quite yourself for a while. There are many reasons that people seek counseling and I believe that everyone is different, needing individualized therapeutic treatment. I also work with couples, married, engaged or dating to work through issues like arguing, infidelity, communication or just haven't shared a passionate kiss in a while. I believe that couples can reignite their initial passion with counseling. While in school, I worked with children, k-12, with ADHD and autism. I've had additional training and experience with people experiencing substance abuse. Whether it is a new problem or a life long struggle, you deserve help and have seen treatment do …wonders.
Before becoming a counselor, I was in the business world, therefore understand big career transitions. Along with that, how important social support is. I know that counseling can seem to be a big step and will help make it as easy as possible. I will be honored to work with you via voice or video sessions.
