Dr. Claudia Una Pfeil, MD

Dr. Pfeil was very kind and understanding. She performed my pap smear which I was nervous for but she helped me feel at ease.

I spent a frustrating weekend after developing possible covid 19 symptoms. None of the "team members" or nurses I spoke with had anything useful to say. Twice I was transferred and misdirected, then had to call back and wait in line again. One nurse gave me actually WRONG information about a number to call for nearby testing sites. Then I was called by Dr. Pfeil. Amazingly, she actually called me back after her initial call when to voicemail. Unbelievable. She was very helpful, listened, answered all my questions, and scheduled a test for me later in the day. I was called by the testing site less than half an hour after speaking with Dr. Pfeil.

EAR Infection coupled with probable staph infection--have sores inside and outside of mouth. Did not do any lab tests and seemed afraid to assess someone who did not look like herself or of her nationality.Still in pain and extreme discomfont.
