I drove my daughter from 45 minutes away for a 10 a.m. appointment. We arrived at 9:45 a.m. At 10:30, I asked about our ETA, the receptionist told me that all patients needed to prepared to wait 30 minutes to an hour and a half for appointments. WHAT DOES AN APPOINTMENT mean then?? We left at 10:45. The receptionist was not at all apologetic when we left. She even told me I could reschedule for an 8:30 a.m. appointment on a Monday to ensure that I would get in right away but my daughter is in high school and the point was for her not to miss school. I then booked an appointment with Dr. Richard Scholz who saw my daughter right away and super with her! Bottom line: I wonder if Dr. Mcrill would wait an hour and a half for a dinner reservation!

Took way too long to get an appt, and wait time to get in to see the doc was excessive. She was very courteous and efficient, and explained the diagnosis carefully. I felt confident in her diagnosis, and would rate the visit a success overall.

My eyesight faded as the years went by. My optometrist said I need Cataract surgery and recommended three Ophthalmologists. Not one of them gave me that warm and fuzzy feeling I'd like to have before someone uses surgical instruments on an organ as vital as my eyes.I sat with Dr. McRill for less than three minutes and I got that warm and fuzzy feeling. When my wife went to see her, she told my wife she should wait a few years before Cataract surgery.My wife and I now trust the eyes of our sons to Dr. McRill.

Dr. McRill removed both of my cataracts and the results are amazing. The whole experience was easy and painless and the staff was great. Dr. McRill was very thorough in explaining everything that was involved and in making me feel comfortable. I recommend her highly.

I found this doctor through and internet search for my husband. The staff of the office are great, including the technician who attended my husband prior to the consultation with Doctor McRill. The girl did almost the whole job. Then, we waited 20 more minutes to be assisted by the Doctor who at the time was reading a book and did not seem interested in assist any patient. She called my husband name, and knowing that this was his first time there, she did not even shook his hand or introduced herself. She, literally, spent 3 minutes with us in the room! She did not ask him why he was there for, she did barely looked him in the eye and she did not even want know how we found her. Not to mention that she seem not like that I went with my husband in the room. Later, after waiting another 15 minutes for a contact lenses specialist, the Doctor seemed nice at first but could not diagnose why my husband was having a blurry vision when using the contact lenses, and she did not like when my… husband asked her to take a detailed look on his lenses. It was not a good experience, especially, as first time been assisted by those doctors. If you go there, don't expect to have all your questions answered, or feeling that your doctor really care about you.
