Dr. Consetta Mae Cheatam, MD

Dr. Cheatam was wonderful with me. She was upbeat and made me feel super comfortable.

I got in so much stress trying to make an appointment with Dra Cheatam, I will never recommend her services to anyone - not because of her - I didn’t have a chance to meet her, but because of her staff. The two different ladies that I talked to were so rude. Never seemed to know anything, never got back to an email and calling didn’t work either because they could answer no question. I’m so disappointed waiting more than a week to hear a feedback to be informed about how to proceed to get a date for my first visit all for nothing besides being disrespected.

Dr. Cheatam isn't bad but her staff is HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. The medical staff is rude and impatient with clients. They don't pick up the phone and when they do they put you on hold for what I estimated to be at least 10 minutes with NO apology. The office schedule is unrealistic. Most of the time, you can't make an appointment because the office is either closed or out to lunch. I'm looking for a new OBGYN. Run don't walk.

This was my first time visiting a gynocologist. I had a great experience. Dr. Cheatam is amazing! She is very very kind and sweet. She shows care and compassion in the patient and she is a really good doctor. She listens to you ans explains to you everything. The staff is all very friendly. Things went very smooth I was in and out within the hour. Very clean environment. I would definetly recommend to everyone.

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. The doctor herself was not bad but the office staff was nasty every single time I had any dealings with them whether it was to get a prescription renewed, make an appointment, getting test results, and most recently trying to get my records sent to a specialist for an emergency appointment.

SHE'S A VERY GOOD DOCTOR, SHE TAKES HER TIME AND EXPLAINS EVERYTHING TO YOU. SHE IS VERY CARING. GREAT SURGEON. GREAT BEDSIDE MANNER. HER STAFF IS AMAZING!!!! MY WHOLE FAMILY GOES TO HER. I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO EVERYONE! SHES SUCH A GREAT DOCTOR THAT SHE VOLUNTEERS HER PERSONAL TIME 2 TIMES A YEAR TO DO GYN SCREENING AT THE RUTHERFORD AND LYNDHURST HEALTH DEPARTMENT!

Doctor is a warm person, but what good is if she doesn't bother to check patient history, basic like when was last DEXA or mammogram any problems ? Check up, okay, then only breast examination and pap smear. Never care to ask about radiology test she order last year and never went for it, totally careless, just wait 2 weeks for pap smear result. Good to see you this year. Dress up and out.

Dr. Cheatam is a great doctor. She is definitely good at what she does and is knowledgeable, professional, friendly...she has it all. Her staff is a different story. Just calling the office is a hassle, answering service always seems to pick up...takes weeks to get the results of bloodwork...staff is unknowledgeable and unfriendly and do not want to bother with any additional work or questions that patients may have.

Dr Cheatam was amazing... She knows what she's doing and has a wonderful bedside manner... She explains and answers every question... She delivered my son and as usual everything went smoothly... Her staff is professional, once they get to know you they are very sweet.. Especially sandy she's very helpful and sweet...

last year they lost blood results making me come back in..then impossible to get the results by phone...repeated calls/hold/no info after weeks. Charges you to go in and get results (in my opinion and with my other dr's you go in and don't pay a copay again to get results) lastly this year i aksed for bloodwork..needless to say any morei can only imagine how getting results will be and thats only the tip of that fiascostaff is nasty and unorganzied unprfessional and ineffective
