Dr Ferguson is an exceptional doctor. He takes time to hear your concerns and explain everything. He is very nice never seems to hurry you out like other doctors do.

Dr. Ferguson has the WORST office staff making the visit anxiety-ridden; therefore, defeating the entire purpose of seeing the man. They not only lost important paperwork, but lied about it, even after being caught. Instead of stepping up and protecting his patient, he remained in the back passing on the message that he wanted his staff to deal with the issue. To me, it doesn't matter how great of a doctor you are, if it creates emotional issues just to make/wait for an appointment, then you may as well find a new doctor.Hopefully, he'll learn to weed out the unprofessional employees as he gets older.

Dr. Ferguson if my Dr. for only a few months but I can say he is a great Dr. He is caring and is never in a hurry.I called his office for an appointment and he would not be available for about 3 weeks, but when I told the nurse the reason why I wanted to see him urgent she talked to him and set up an early morning appointment (before he is even supposed to get in his office) for the next day. I am in USA for 5 years and I had never found a doctor that I would chose to be my family Dr. When I went to Dr. Ferguson I new he would be the one. I definately recomend him.
