Dr Courtney CRANCE IS A EXCELLENT AND AWSOME Dr SHE REALLY CARES ABOUT HER PATIENTS SHE IS THE BEST PRIMARY DOCTOR AND MY MENOPAUSE DR SHE TAKES TIME WITH ME AND SHE DONT JUDGE ARE MAKE ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE LIKE ATLOT OF DOCTORS DO SHE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL & TREATS HER PATIENTS WITH RESPECT AND KINDNESS I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER TO OTHER PEOPLE SHE IS THE BEST DR I HAVE EVER HAD

I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Crance. I've seen her twice now, and she has been such a pleasure both times. She listened to my problems (and what I thought the solution would be... bless her) and she talked me through what tests I would be taking, as well as what each possible outcome could be. I took my tests and waited two weeks, and she was right on the dot when it came to what my problem was. My problem is something that will take months to figure out the right dosage and symptoms, and I'm truly glad I have her to help me through!

I would never recommend Dr. Crance. I filed a complaint against the Colorado Medical Board. Dr. Crance is negligent, untimely in her response to numerous tests and phone calls, and dismissive in her treatment with me as her patient. I've only been seen twice, but had a number of tests and results that needed swift interpretation. For one test, I waited three weeks without response with results I had no idea how to interpret. I've been seen for symptoms, but Dr. Crance never conducted physical exams. She showed me a textbook though. Some of my results, I've never received from Dr. Crance, who was the ordering physician. She does not send referrals on time to referring offices. They rarely return my calls and voicemails. Patient, beware, especially if you suffer from chronic pain.
