Erin Molz, PA and then Dr. Craig Willis we're extremely helpful and explained options and answered my questions and even some I hadn't thought of.

Poor bedside mannerism. Had appointment, didnt even look at my hand. Told me only surgery is option and lacked empathy for my pain, lack of sleep from pain. I just started a job I cant take off for surgery right away. Wouldnt do a cortisone shot for relief. Was rude and I would never trust this doctor doing any surgery on me, ever! It must run in the family because both Craig and James Willis have bad reviews.

Ridiculous and was charged $955 for a plastic finger splint. Their office said it was also for any potential follow up visits for 90 days after initial appointment. I had to keep the finger splint on for 60 days, and didn't schedule any follow up visits and filing complaints with the board and with my UHC insurance, stating how can you legally charge someone for office visits that don't occur. What a scam. the patient relations woman was just as bad when I called stating "Dr. Willis doesn't know how much is patients are charged, he just chooses the codes" Isn't it ALL doctors Jobs to know how much they are charging their patients, I have no problem with the $161 new patient visit charge, but $955 for a plastic finger splint, which you can buy 8 for $8 on Amazon. Criminal, not usual and customer charges. In 2018, I found another patient that had the same experience and posted an almost identical complaint and experience.

After having what appeared to be a successful Hand Surgery with this Doctor, I now have ongoing complications which were unexpected. Upon asking questions; and insisting upon x-rays, this Dr. was extremely defensive. His quote being "I am uncertain at this time about the outcome, hopefully things will go in our favor!" Don't expect me to tell you what you would like to hear. Apparently there may be a need for a second surgery??? 1- 75 cases %!! I was shocked! "Any other questions!" I called him, and was asked "How many times do I have to tell you about your situation. This Doctor is so rude and lacks concern. There wasn't any follow up in the hospital after a very painful procedure, mistakes in paperwork were made when I asked for Physiotherapy recommendations. Totally dissatisfied.
