Dr. Cristina Marie Baldassari, MD

Worst experience from a doctor and office we have ever had. For starters we waited about 15 minutes in the waiting room ( which is perfectly acceptable) only to be called back into an exam room to wait for 2 hours and 45 minutes ( we were watching the clock because my husband left work for this appointment). We took our daughter in for a tongue and lip tie evaluation and procedure. When the doctor finally came into the room there was no apology for the wait. She never gave us time to ask questions. She did not explain our daughters condition to us. Her exam was very rushed and hasty. We ended up only having her tongue tie clipped because she felt my daughter would grow out of the lip tie. A knowledgeable doctor would know that is not something you grow out of and it causes a TON of speach and dental problems if not taken care of at an early age. On top of it all she did not do the procedure for her tongue correctly. We went to another doctor for a second opinion who then completed the… tongue tie procedure as it should have been done to begin with and did the procedure for her upper lip tie. My poor baby had to endure a tongue procedure twice as well as an additional procedure because Dr. Baldassari was not knowledgable in this area. Next time she should make sure she 1, knows what she's doing and 2, treats her patients like people instead of a number for the insurance claim. We felt she was more concerned with the quantity of patients in her office instead of quality of care. I would absolutely not reccomend her to anyone.

She is fantastic! She is caring and sweet! She did a great job operating on my little girl!
