Dr. Barry Strasnick, MD

Very knowledeable doctor. Very precise and spent time explaining everything and answering questions. I feel very comfortable with him and his team . Very pleased with Dr. Strasnick so far. He was not pushy but gave all the information neccesary for us to make the best decision for our daughter.

I went to Dr. Strasnick for a second opinion regarding my hearing problem. The first doctor just wanted to put an implant in my ear on my first visit, without any testing. The first doctor said if it didn't work, then he would run further tests. I said I'd think about it. I then found Dr. Strasnick on the website, liked his credentials, and made an appointment to see him. He ran the proper tests and found that I have Meniere's Disease and told me to watch my diet--cut down on caffeine and salt. He did have to make an injection into my ear. However, he said the implant would have been the wrong thing to do and wouldn't have helped at all. I am so glad to have found him. If not for him, I may have lost the hearing in one ear, if not both. My hearing problem is under control, and it has even improved somewhat.

Extremely careful, takes as much time as needed (but no more). Very competent. Glad we were referred to him!
