Dr. Alan S. Keyes is Board Certified in Otolaryngology and an associate of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. Dr. Keyes received his undergraduate education at the University of Washington and his medical degree at the Medical College of Virginia. He served in the Navy for 10 years as an otolaryngologist including the role of Department Head at the Naval Hospital in Charleston, S.C. Dr. Keyes is currently an Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology at the Eastern Virginia Medical School. Dr. Keyes has been with our practice since 2001 and serves our patients at the Chesapeake office in Great Bridge.

Dr. keyes explains everything to you in detail and gives you options if what to do the staff is always friendly and the wait time is never longer than about 10 minutes.

Dr. Keyes and the Eastern Virginia ENT staff are great. I never have a problem getting an appointment. Dr. Keyes is very thorough and to the point. The wait time is very short and everyone is very nice.

Dr. Keys is one of the most experienced, well read doctors in his area of expertise that I have been in contact with. He has helped me in two areas, (1) he let me know that I had a hearing loss, and recommended the VA Hospital because I am DAV. Second, as a Drill Instructor years ago he saw a spot on my vocal cord and proformed surgery. Because of his advice and timeliness all test came back with positive results! Thank You Sir.

I arrived early and the staff took me early. Dr. Keyes Has a great bedside manner and takes care of my problems. I just couldn't give a better rating.

Dr. Keyes is always attentive and doesn't act like he is in a rush. He will ask you more than once if you have any questions. I would definitely recommend him when given the opportunity.
