Dr. Crystal Ilke Tuncay, DO

I saw Dr. Tuncay for several years and while I think she is a really good doctor, her personality became too much for me. Sometimes she was extremely caring and compassionate, and other times she was rude and condescending. I could sometimes hear her speaking poorly about other patients outside the door, which was horribly unprofessional. Sometimes I would hear her talking angrily to her staff about me and why I was there. I was there for something that had been going on for a month, and she berated me and acted as if I manipulated her staff to get in right away. I had done no such thing and had no idea what she was talking about. I went in once because I was experiencing severe joint pain all over my body, which was new to me. She gave me meds and ordered tests and said to come back in a month. I came back two weeks later because the meds weren’t working and the pain was unbearable. She got angry with me for coming back sooner than she told me to. I was astonished. This is just… one of many examples. Other times she could be great and really advocate for you, but the anxiety of not knowing which version of her was going to walk through the door caused me to stop going.

This woman is one of the most vile, disgusting excuses for a “medical professional” I have ever encountered and I hope to God she receives adequate training in mental health and behavioral issues. Until then she has no business seeing anyone suffering from any mental health issue. She has a chip on her shoulder and once she had made up her mind your input as patient is useless. I would never recommend anyone to see her.

I have never had a physician who truly cares for my well being. She is kind, she listens to you, and she is very respectful. She is a wonderful internist and if she feels whatever you are suffering from is out of her scope of practice, she will find someone for you who will know, instead of pretending to know everything and give improper treatment like most doctors do. I feel like most doctors don’t like to admit they don’t know something so they take a guess and you get shotty treatment. Not Dr. Tuncay. She will make sure no matter what your medical problems are, they will be treated appropriately. I always am able to get in within a reasonable time frame and if it is an acute sickness she squeezes you in. My wait time in the waiting room has never been over 5-10 minutes and I’ve been seeing her for 5 years. I wouldn’t trade her for any other doctor in the world. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Tuncay as a general internist.

Dr. Tuncay is a well-diversified specialist. She is very thorough and friendly. Her nurse Ashley is a power hungry exception. Dawn, her other nurse, is also exceptional.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tuncay for over a year now and have found her to be extremely easy to talk to and very "down to earth". She expressed genuine concern for how I was feeling which was very comforting. The staff has always been very friendly and if I was told I would be receiving a phone call you can bet I did. Very happy with her and the office.

I like the doctor, getting appointment takes time, no help over phone ever...

Dr Tuncay is very caring and is not going to jump in to give you prescription if alternative or natural remedy will be successful. I like her candor and straightforward approach would definitely recommend her

My wife and I both use Dr. Tuncay as our family doctor. She spends a lot of time with her patients,and that is good. But she makes alot of referrals to specialists, orders a lot of redundent tests and worst of all prescrbes drugs over and over that have horrendous side affects

This physician has many issues. She shares her personal problems with patients. She can not seem to take care of herself, let alone others in her care. He staff is invasive, and crosses personal boundaries of the patients in Dr. Tuncay's limited care ability.
