My appointment was scheduled for 4:00pm. I expect a little wait, but an hour really??!!! As a matter of fact more than an hour. I went out of the exam room to address my concerns. And the front desk nurse got up and went to the doctor and did not apologize, she didn’t give me a status as to the long wait!!! Nothing!!! I have been to lots of doctors and have never waited this long for a scheduled appointment. This shows a lack of respect for my time. I was 15 minutes on time for my appointment. I will not be returning to this again.

I was referred to Dr. Crawford-Green by a really good friend of mine. My new patient appointment was great. I was in and out. Maybe about the 3rd appointment after triage the wait time had gone to 2 hours, after those appointments the wait time moved to about 5 hours literally then 6 hours. It had gotten so bad I found myself rescheduling all of my appointments and the doctor was just refilling my prescriptions without seeing me. I tried 1st appointments of the day. Noon appointments and finally I tried very last appointments which were the worst. She would still have 12 noon appointments waiting. Finally, I made the decision to leave and find another doctor because this is my health I'm talking about. So less than a year ago I now attend MFA and my BP is now normal. I'm so angry at myself for staying for so many years dealing with what I didnt have to tolerate.

I really appreciate how she has made herself available to her patients. Her bedside manner is exemplary.

The wait time in this office is the worst. I sat for 5 hours for 1 appointment and still didn't get everything done. I had to come back and it's still a long wait. Not efficient or professional. If you come to this office, make sure your entire day is free.

Dr. Crawford-Greene is the Best doctor. She has been treating me for a couple of years now. She has been treating me for a couple of years now and she break things down so that you can understand in way that makes you feel like your not stupid. Dr. Greene Makes each of her patients feel special and she makes sure you meets all you needs and answer all your question. I have even recommand her to people I Know family and Friends.

Get patients in and out of the office much faster. You can not come to your office and then go to work, which is ridiculous.

I am a Healthcare Executive and took my mother to Dr. Crawford-Green and was very impressed by her caring and professional demeanor. My mother isn't the easiest patient, however Dr. Crawford-Green has been very helpful, informative, and most of all patient.

On my second visit with Dr. Crawford she sent me directly to the hospital; which in turn prevented me from having a major heart attack. She is always professional and takes the time to listen to all of my concerns. No matter how late or early she always made her hospital round and keeps you informed of your plan of care. She never rushes through your visit. I could go on and on. The wait time is a little long; but well worth the wait. The office staff is A+ also.

I like everything about Dr Green.worth the waiit at office. She spends time with her patients and listens.

I feel very fortunate to have Dr Green. She has a pleasant and bubbly personality which always make me feel good. On my worst days. Her bedside manners are among the best she makes one feel as though you are her only patient as busy as she is. She visits every day as an inpaitent I can go on and on I just love Dr Crawford-Green
