Dr. Cynthia S Fernandez, MD

I’ve been going to Dr. Fernandez for many years, maybe 30? I just realized after seeing her yesterday and asking if she knew any PCP’s just like her that I had never reviewed her. She takes time to listen and EXPLAIN things to me. I’ve always felt comfortable with her and hope she never retires :)

Dr. Fernandez is an excellent physician. She is very thorough, listens to everything I said, and responds. She has made a huge difference in my life I am now a healthier, happier woman.

Doctor Fernandez was my Doctor for years.i will say at least 20+. She was always attentive, professional and Loved her nurses. I stopped seeing Dr Fernandez in 2017 due to not feeling comfortable with her Doctoring skills any more. She has left me in a treatment room for over an hour before being seen on 2 occasions. After preforming a DNC, on my follow up visit she shows me a photograph and ask me if I know what is is, I just shrugged my shoulders and say no, she stated she does not know either. ( I never did find out what the picture was). Last, she never followed up on certain visits. I do not totally blame this provider for all I have went through since 2017 but she does share the responsibility. When your a Doctor you are to follow up with your patient, you make sure they hear and understand what you are telling them. That is your job as a Provider. Patients if you are unsure of what was just explained or do not feel comfortable in what was just explained to you ask!! Don’t… worry about offending you Doctor. It could make all the difference in how your life turns out.

This doctor actually cares. She spends time examining you, explaining issues, listening and answering your questions. If you are looking for someone that would go the extra mile for you, you have found your doctor. Her nurse Carol, is just as efficient as Dr. Fernandez and she also gets 5 stars. My daughters recommended Dr. Fernandez and I trust her completely.

Dr. Fernandez is compassionate and makes the patient feel special. She is most knowledgeable and is clearly an expert in her field. It's good to have a kind, qualified doctor of her caliber.

Dr. Fernandez never rushes through our appointment. She is an amazing doctor and caregiver! I have been her patient for over 23 years now. She takes time to listen to you.

Dr. Fernandez is the most caring, gentle, thoughtful, and helpful OBGyn I have ever been to in 20 years. She is the reason I had my first child when I did because she gave me confidence in my parenting abilities. When I was very ill and went to my primary doctor over five times, she fit me in at the end of the day and did every test to help me and referred me to the ER. Sometimes the wait time is a little long, but her and her nurse are worth the wait. I would recommend her to everyone. She is the best Doctor!

Dr Fernandez is a wonderful and caring doctor. She makes her patients feel at ease and always follows up on any problems immediately. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and caring GYN.

Dr. Fernandez is an excellent women's doctor. I can't even imagine going to someone else. No one does a better job making their patients feel comfortable and cared for. I just love her.
