Dr. Cynthia Lavery Henry, DO

I wish I could go back in time and stop myself from seeing Dr. Henry. She is selfish, mean, condescending, and greedy. Her office staff is lazy, rude, and beyond disorganized. They messed up my perscriptions, my name, my insurance, my contact info, and almost every single thing you would think is so basic that a kid could do it. I should know. I worked the same job as a high school student. Their excuse for an office is run by people who give their patients 5% of their time and energy. The cherry on top of it all is that they blame the patient when anything goes wrong. I spent two hours at the office today. The first hour was wasted because they could not process my insurance. It turned out they just needed to make one call to their billing office. The second hour was wasted waiting AGAIN. I waited the two hours just to be turned away, at the end of their work day. They lost me today. I put up with a lot with them, but I hope someone reads this and does not waste their time with Dr.… Henry or Apex Dermatology. What a sorry excuse for a person, company, and doctor.

Dr has no bedside manner. If it weren't for the nurse, would have had no idea what she did. Was in and out in under 3 minutes, including the time to numb and excise a small mole. She did not was her hands before procedure. The waiting room is a joke. A giant room with a giant desk, where you could hear every thing going on ( peoples names, phone numbers, and well lets just say TMI) Felt very uncomfortable knowing everybody's private situations. Isn't this a HIPA violation? Would not recommend her practice, nor will I be back

This is my third and final visit! Each appointment I have had I had to wait between 45-65 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous!! Not once did the staff acknowledge the 15+ patients waiting to advise them the Dr. Was behind.. again. I am here for a 5 minute follow up and have now wasted my entire morning. Will be finding a new doctor.

Have been to see Dr. Henry twice. Found her to be very professional, very knowledgeable and prompt. Would see her again if need be.

did not listen to my complaint and walked out of room before I could ask any questions. Also did not appoligize for being 35 minutes for appointment. Didn't wash hands upon entering room.

Dr. Henry is a great doctor, however even when booking a first appointment there is a minimum 30 minute wait and I've waited in past as long as an hour. Really the wait time is the only complaint
