She tried diagnosing that my mom's urine was infection free over the phone. She had not come to see her in the nursing home for a month and a half. When I insisted that a test be done she finally ordered it. When it came back it showed she no longer had the same contaigous infection but she had another type of UTI which would have gone untreated if I had trusted her over the phone diagnosis.

Dr Cynthia is very knowledgeable and makes sure that any health issues that might affect the patient's quality of life is addressed immediately.She is patient and demonstrates a genuine concern for the well being of her patients.

Have had difficulty in setting follow up appointments.Front person seems to decide when to see doctor even though ordered labs and other tests have been completed.When ask to speak to nurse,told will take message nurse will call back.Nurse calls back two days later.Regarding billing services,spoke with gentleman ,was not getting suitable answer for extra bill when bill was already paid.Had receipt with zero balance.Long story short,billing person hung up phone.Certainly this is not good customer service.Dr needs better office,nursing staff

Nice lady but not sure she really cares always has excuse doesn't follow up
