I found Dr. McCaleb to be what I thought was an excellent physcian on my first visit. Things really fell apart when she moved into her new office. On my first visit to her new office @ The Macaquarium Bldg,I waited fifteen minutes before being called back which I thought was good,but I did not feel that I had the doctors undevided attention because she kept leaving the room before my visit was complete. I ended up waiting over 2hrs only to discover that she left me in the exam room while she went out to see all of her other patients.Her staff failed to do my referal to my oncologist which was costly to me because I incurred a bill that I could not afford. Her staff never corrected the problem nor did she. Her staff was forever changing. On my last visit,she asked if i could reschedule because she had just lost most of her staff.She is now asking me for money for that visit......go figure... I would not recommend this office to anyone.

I found the staff to be liers and dishonest people. They are not professinal people when it comes to their conduct with the patients. The Dr seems to be very nice, however she spends to much time addressing things that's over the patient head and is not the reason for the visit to her office. I would not recommend her to anyone.

I found Dr. McCaleb on my insurance's website off a list so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasently surprised to find that her and her office staff were extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the start. I had to fast this morning since I was getting bloodwork done and as soon as it was over, I was offered a drink and a snack. Wow! My experience seeing Dr. McCaleb was fantastic!

Dr McCaleb has an all-new office staff. She's BY FAR the best physician I have ever seen. But, her office staff (until now) had always brought her down. The office is up and running, in full swing, and I am so excited to be able to give her (and her new staff!) a 100% rating!

My appointment was at 9 am. I wasn't seen till 10 am. Her front desk staff rooms her patients. The front desk has no medical training. This Dr. is a joke. Watch out for medication samples and vaccines. She likes to give expired meds.Have you ever wondered why this so called Dr. can't keeep a nurse? Very unprofessional. She also bills for services she doesn't provide. The board, Osha, and CLIA should walk thru and audit her.

five-star doctor. new office staff, very professional and nice. Dr McCaleb is a real blessing for anyone who is lucky enough to be one of her patients. she will be your doctor, and she will be your best friend.

Every time my wife and I have been to her, our wait time in her waiting room was over an hour. I thought this might be a rare occurence the first couple of times we went to her, but it happened literally EVERY time we ever went.Her office sent out incorrect bills, and when we found out later we asked to be repaid the amount we hadn't owed...called her office now about 5 times in five months, still no word on getting repaid.During my appointment, I was told I should have followup on a possible hernia with some of her colleagues, but no followup ever happened.Every time I have ever called, the office staff that answered seemed unprofessional, curt, and terse. They have argued with me on occasion.Although Dr. McCaleb is very sweet and devotes considerable time to her patients when they finally get to see her, the disorganization and unprofessional nature of her office make me very hesitant to recommend her to anyone.

Dr. McCaleb is a wonderful Dr. however has had a hard time finding employees that will actually work! Now I know she has new employees and the office is trying to repair from all the damage that was done in the past.SO lets not say she will not give you her all. Now all I can say is try it now Staff is GREAT!!!!!!

Dr McCaleb is Great! She needs an efficient ,qualified office staff badly,she has to do it all. which takes away from patience care
