Dr. French is without a doubt, is the finest in his field in the state of Texas. I traveled from Galveston to meet with him and be treated by him. Dr. Who cares and knows what he's talking about ! I get a call the day before from one of his staff members that I needed blood work done before he would see me. I stated no orders was put in for me. She stated again without blood work he would not see me. I not driving from Galveston to Dallas on a maybe. I ask did Dr. French say he would not see me. conversation got heated and I got frustrated. I have been going there for many years and just seem serves is going downhill. In a response from his offices said record all calls and wish me the best. I am not about writing reviews but when I am accused of something I will respond. Sad day for me, Dr. French is awesome and truly cares.

Dr. French was very courteous and answered all my questions. Provided options and advice and time for me to make my own decision.

Very nice guy. Pretty prompt and very attentive. Initial consult was not very thorough at all. Office staff was nice but not on the same page as far as communication goes. Overall experience felt like a $$$ grab, definitely seeking a second opinion

If you are reading lots of positive comments about this doctor, it is because they are definitely all accurate and true. This doctor is very knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. He is trustworthy, and caring. I have went to him for a second opinion, and his diagnosis was completely different from my previous urologist. He was able to figure out what was wrong with me within minutes, unlike my first urologist who wanted to do several unnecessary and expensive procedures on me because she still could not find a diagnosis. This doctor is a blessing, I highly recommend him.
