There were two occasions in which my appointments were rescheduled due to the doctors schedule. The main issues is that it takes several months to get in to see the doctor. In addition to the rescheduling I was never notified of the time change his team decided what time I should be there without notifying me to see if the date and time worked for my schedule.

You could not find a better doctor!Dr and staff very caring and attentive, takes time to answer all my questions, calls at home to see how I am doing if he has adjusted my medication or started something new. Have been going here for 2 years now and it was only after seeing Dr Mandel that I was quickly tested and finally diagnosed with severe RA and was promply put on medications that have made my life normal again. I do not hesitate to refer anyone I know to him if they think they have a Rheum. problem.

Takes all the time needed with each patient, returns calls promptly, very current on latest therapies, puts patient first

Overall very satisfied with bedside manner, a doctor who is willing to take a look outside the box. Ability to listen to concerns and answer questions, with ease. Does not speak over you. Dr. Mandel is a very caring doctor who helps solve problems, looks at all data and give his expertise with kindness. His staff are very professional and nice.
