Dr. Dan Alvin Willis, MD

Dr. Willis is a very compassionate and kind doctor. Took his time during my exam and eased all of my concerns. Staff is very courteous.

To begin with my eyes were dilated by an assistant who was in training and had just completed his certification for billilng. He was not supervised. I requested to have my glasses checked cause something seemed off, at that time the office scheduler stated i had to make an appointment and pay a copay for that, needless to say took my glasses back to where i got them and one lens was at 0/0 . After all that my insurance HRA paid my copay and refraction cost so this office got paid twice. It took a year to get my copayment back. I was advised by the claims adjuster that Dr. Willis was holding on to the payment to make there wasn't anything fraudulent going on. OMG! Never have i returned there or even referred anyone there.
