Dr. Dana Suzanne Fabiani, MD

Made an appointment over 3 months out and was told she only took 1 new patient a day. After waiting all this time, with the appointment coming up, I was just called by a rude office assistant to be told that the doctor has reevaluated and would no longer be taking me on as a new patient. I have never been treated so rudely before by any medical professional in my life.

Dr. L is amazing. She is patieny, kind, and warm. The ladies up front are great support to her and her patients. I don't know what happened with B Schmitt's experience, but I am in health sales and send my clients to this office with only great praise for Dr L and her staff. I could only assume as a run of the mill "whit male" you are suffering from illiteracy and over compensating white superiority complex. That is probably what makes it difficult for you to deal with the melting pot that is the America. Just a heads up it 2016.

The office staff is terrible. Im an established patient of 2 plus years. I made an appointment for 2:30 and was given a 2:15 arrival time. Well, there happened to be an accident on 275 and I was stuck. I called to explain the situation and said I would surely be there by 2:30 but couldn't make my arrival time. I was told that if I didn't make it there by 2:25 (5 minutes early) my appointment would be cancelled. Well, I made it there by 2:23 after driving a little faster than I shoud've. The doctor is great, if you can see her. The lack of customer service and compassion from the office staff is appalling.

Dr. Lefkowitz is very nice, but her office staff is rude and incompetent. I have been a patient there for less than a year. During that time I have been double billed for co-pays and turned away for an early morning appointment because I arrived 3 minutes early rather than their requested ten minutes early. This most recent incident occurred when I went in for a follow up to review lab results. When I called to have the results sent to another doctor with better customer service they did not answer phone and their service would not accept a message unless the call was "medically urgent. " I'll be seeking a new primary care doctor.

Office now charges fee if you have to cancel an appointment within 24 hours no matter the reason. Not flexible at all.

While the doctor is perfectly competent, the office staff make for an overall unpleasant experience. Phones are not answered, they do not call with test results, are unable or unwilling to answer insurance questions, and seem to feel patients are a great inconvenience. The doctor is fine, but is clearly not respected by her staff.

I was very disssappointed with my visit with Dr. Lefgowitz. She displayed a superficial knowledge of my medical condition (Diabetes). She glossed over my chart , spent maybe 10 minutes with me. The worst part was her lack of sincerity and compassion. Would not recommend. I shall not be returning to her.

My experience with Dr. Lefkowitz was totally positive. Prompt, courteous staff, and the exam was thorogh.
