Dr. Richard is a great Dr that takes the time to talk to you and listen when there is something you need answers to. I've been a patient of his for a very long time and hope to continue many more years! Thanks doc!!

I had moved to NY for a fee years and I am now I am back I am living in Stuart now and I can not find anMD that I feel comfortable with and I am now trying to get an apt with him I do not mind driving the 45 min to his office he is that good personable and a great doc

Dr. Richard is a good doctor but his staff and set-up are the worst ever. The office is usually overcrowded and really hot. The staff has a high turnover with one bad apple after another. The girls are very unfriendly and abrupt treating patients as though they are second class citizens. They have no medical or billing knowledge and screw up everything they touch. It sometimes takes 2-3 hours or more to see the doctor and you may as well plan on spending at least half a day there. It's unfortunate because as I said Dr. Richard is a really nice guy and a good doctor. He just needs to hire a professional staff to organize things.

I'm a very damaged patient of Dr. R's. He's helped me in so many ways over the years. I've been with him since 1995, on and off. Anyone who has been to Dr. Richard knows he's there for you. If you come to see the Doc make sure you know where you are, what kind of M.D. your seeing so YOU don't go to Dr. R. while looking for an eye Doc

This Dr. couldn't care less about his patients. The patients that "love" him, love him and continue seeing him because he makes it very easy for them to get their drugs. They will sit in his waiting room 6-7 hours to get scripts from him because they know that no other Dr. would do it. He sits in the exam rooms with his patient friends for an hour or more just chit chatting. He even leaves the building without even telling his staff...just walks out the back door and drives away. He should not be practicing medicine.

Takes forever to see him, but he is very thorough and personable.

Very professional and personal Takes the time to diagnos without rushing and to make sure you understand what he is explaining. Long wait-even with an appointment, but I have been going to him for 9 years because he is so patient and has a great bedside manner.
