this clown has no clout. no respect at all and he needs to fall . ashamed that he shares building with us .

Last year I saw Dr. Carr for an IME. My left (dominant) hand and wrist were casted, a definite impediment to examination. He stated he would instead do a "record review." However, the report he submitted chronicled a full examination and recommended I return to work without restriction. With a cast on my dominant hand! Months later (cast removed), I was scheduled for another IME with Dr. Carr. This time the pain in my hand and wrist was so bad that I could not drive. The WC insurance carrier hired transportation so I could attend the appointment. However, they called a transport service in Buffalo and asked them to pick me up in Williamsville, even though I live two counties away, in Williamson. As a result, we arrived at the appointment 15 minutes late, and Dr. Carr refused to see me. He didn't have the courtesy of telling me himself; he relayed the message through his secretary, who told me that no, there was no way Dr. Carr would see me even if I had been a minute late… and that my tardiness would be reported to the court. I suppose that's good for Dr. Carr, because he gets paid whether he sees me or not. And it was certainly good for me, because I would rather eat glass than allow this quack to "examine" me. However, not so good for the insurance company, who not only had to pay both the driver and the "doctor" <---I use the term loosely ---> they had no bogus report to show the judge at the next hearing. I can only hope that the WCB judges are smart enough to put two-and-two together when every single report Dr. Carr issues rates the injured worker as suddenly (magically?) able to work, despite overwhelming medical evidence to the contrary. Certainly Dr. Carr's brand of "medical care" is nothing but shameless exploitation of the injured worker. In my opinion he is a disgrace to his profession.

This guy is just the Horrible Horrible, Stay away from this fool if you can. This guy is clearly working for the insurance and he is not even hiding it. He just loves their money, but one day I hope he pays for all of the Horrible reporters that he wrote about people. He knows it too, he knows he is a fool he knows he is scamming people just to get some extra cash. One day you will get cought you fool.

I was in for an IME appointment and based on what I have read about his reviews, they are correct. I literally just had surgery on my arms ( specific area not specified for this review) and he did his examination in 5-10minutes knowing exactly what degrees of movement my arms are at without any special equipment. He had me do a grip test and stated both of my hands are within recommended ranges. My grip used to be so strong I could break someones neck, and he's stating my grip is "within" recommendations. He states there is nothing wrong and I could go to work with a 20lb limit, I just had surgery and I struggle with a cup of coffee let alone 20lbs. How could I go back to work with a recent surgery that im still healing from and struggle lifting a cup of coffee and he states I could lift up to 20lbs! Do you really think I want to struggle lifting a cup of coffee without worrying about dropping it and breaking another cup? Yet he states im ok for 20lbs! 20lbs is a lot if you sit down… and figure out what items weigh. Now I have to deal with my surgeons limits Vs what he states. You would think the surgeon who just performed surgery would know better than what this doctor is stating............

I can not believe this guy is actually is allowed to see patients, no matter what you say he has his made made up even before you walk into that room.He favors insurances and LOVES their money.I am almost in a wheelchair and this guy spent 3 minutes examining me and asked me 4 questions and just wrote a report that insurance wanted him to write Horrible HORRIBLE stay away from this Insurance Agent anyway that you possibly can.

I was seen always by Dr. Carr's physicians assistant. He was the best you can ever have. Only after surgery did I speak to Dr. Carr. The secretary on the other hand was a difficult woman and beyond any miserable person I have ever met. I have left this review several times and it always disappears quickly. I will never return there because the beast won't let that happen. If by some miracle she has left for another opportunity which I doubt, that would be wonderful.

Don't trust him.. he's a complete jokester/liar..how does this clown sleep at night doing people so wrong.
