I have experience with a few years in severe mental health working on crisis and working in prison systems. I am also experienced in sex addiction recovery with behavioral and substance abuse. My focus is to help people become more stable in life with life challenges. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focus, and Motivational Interviewing as just a few to be eclectic in my approach. I know that people are different and celebrate peoples differences. I work with church goers to the LGBT community. I am a Christian but do not push my views onto you, but help you explore yours and build you up to the whole person you want to become. My greatest theory is listening and unconditional positive regard. I hope I can help you with whatever it is your going thru and if i feel I cannot meet your needs find someone who can.
