Our family has had Dr. Fletcher for our surgeon three times and all three times had to wait 5 hours for our surgery. He strolls in when he wants to do your surgery. He is very uncaring......He disrupts the whole hospital and the operating rooms etc. His office staff lies to you regarding your bill and co-pays for surgery. Out of pocket expenses were over the top. He might be a good surgeon, but is waiting 5 hours worth it? This is his time schedule whenever he wants to show up at the hospital. He works out of many locations and should not schedule your surgery going from one location to another unless he knows when he will be there. He does not care about his patients. It was just awful experiences watching the clock. Never again.......There are many other good hand surgeons and he is not worth the waiting and the anxiety of not only having the surgery but the extreme waiting. I hope I have made my point!

Dr. Fletcher was very nice and professional within 3 minutes he knew that I needed a cortisone shot plus he liked hockey just as much as I do because I also play enough said

True professional who accepted my decision to not have surgery. With the cast & PT, I feel great. That being said, I like Dr. Fletcher as he is knowledgeable, personable and tells it like it is. He also takes his time when you have an appt. with him. So rare today. Thank you Dr. Fletcher and I will certainly recommend you!

After 2 surgeons recommended a wrist operation, I went to see Dr. Fletcher on the advice of a former NHL player. He was honest, forthright, and talked me out of surgery as I play competitive senior amateur tournament golf. He has kept me going . Later he surgically solved my trigger finger issue. (which their surgical center made an easy process) he is not a good doctor..he is a great doctor.
