Dr. Daniel M Glick, MD

Dr Glick and his staff failed to failed to call in needed prescriptions for 6+ days. Very unprofessional.

Dr Glick is a rare physician in that he understands from his own experience how mental health disorders can impact ones life. I had a severe anxiety disorder which culminated in agoraphobia. Previously I had travelled the world on my own with only normal anxiety. When I saw Dr Glick my anxiety wouldn’t even allow me to go to Walgreens without someone holding my hand. Dr Glick understood my disorder and prescribed medication that turned everything around. I’m am truly grateful to him. My life is really wonderful today and I am back to normal functioning. If you are struggling, as I was, don’t let money stand in the way of getting the help you deserve. Denise

Dr. Glick is kind, caring and compassionate. He made me feel HEARD. A great listener and took the time to know all about my life. He is easy to talk to and inspires confidence. He takes copious notes and goes over in detail his treatment plan for you. Dr. Glick helped me face my future feeling good about my life. He simply is the very BEST there is in his field!!

I have been seeing Dr. Glick for other issues not related to addiction. He is a great doctor and truly wants the best for his patients. I feel very, very fortunate that I was referred to him.

I called and left a message and no one ever even returned my call. I don't think there is a staff and who knows where Mr. Glick is. Very disappointed in the lack of response and lack of professionalism.

Simply the best care I have received , in a very long time. attentive to the needs of the individual patient. 10 star care . Not 4. Key being individual needs. I have a rare headache disorder. Ongoing. Dr Glick took the time to get to know me first, which to me means how someone's individual care is provided. Take it from someone who has seen too many doctors to count. I have been seeing Dr. Glick for almost 2 years now, and he has been such a blessing for me and my family. He's a great listener, and very attentive to what is going on in my life. After being misdiagnosed 4 times over the course of ~6 years I found Dr. Glick. After finding him, he was finally able to correctly diagnose me, as well as prescribe me the correct medications for my disorder. The previous doctors I had seen had put me on many other medications for disorders/diagnoses that had nothing to do with my actual disorder. This had been extremely frustrating, as I had expected the medications being prescribed to me to work for the symptoms, and all of them had actually ended up making the problems worse. Dr. Glick worked with me on every level to find out what exactly would work for me, and it was a breath of fresh air to have the ability to live my life normally. I highly recommend Dr. Glick to anyone who is looking for a doctor who will actually listen and spend time with… you, regardless of how much time it may take. Along with all of these positive qualities, he has real world experience dealing with family addiction issues. This, to me, made a huge difference, as the empathy is genuine. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I have never left a message and not received a call back within the following 24 hours. Overall, Dr. Glick is an amazing physician, and I can't thank him enough for what he has done for me.

I have struggled with addiction and poorly diagnosed mental illness for several years. After my recent relapse, it was obvious I needed to once again visit the possibility of psychiatric care. I have had a series of bad experiences over the past 4 years and have been misdiagnosed and over-medicated at times. I have been astonished with my experience thus far with Dr. Glick. He has taken his time to really hear my detailed history and has been compassionate and insightful about many of my experiences. He is the first psychiatrist I have seen that actually makes eye contact and thoughtfully and carefully approaches my needs without haste or disregard for my input and feelings about medications and diagnoses. He is extremely knowledgeable about addiction and the 12 step program and integrates these principles into his overall plan of care. My recent experience with him has been a huge relief as he is interested in getting to the core of some of my deep-rooted issues with PTSD and… anxiety. I can already feel progress!

He is a doctor that listens to you and recommends tools to help make my life better. He shows compashion and gets where you are comming from
