Dr. Greybill very quickly was able to understand my multipule medical issues...he also gave me great respect as far as me being involved in my own care,...he is a true proffessional..

Dr. Graybill has been our PCP, for ten years. He listens, is a good diagnostician, doen’t rush us through, and has a sense of humor.

I like doctor graybil but he gave me the wrongs meds a couple of times and I ended up in E R also his staff sucks their not very. I finally decided to look for another doctor. I did see this doctor for about 2 years I think its time I make a change. His staff aggravates me to much

Dr. Greybill increased my very addictive oxycontin and oxycodone until I was taking 250 mg every day . amber his nurse read the pain contract to me I never got a copy. I failed the one urine test than I was released as a patient no second chances'.I was so sick I almost died.there is no sympathy with Dr Greybill he don't even face you he sent a registered letter ð??¨. His nurses one in particular amber runs things. I couldn't work no one informed me of just how sick ð??· you would be with out the drugs. I don't think anyone should ever start oxycontin its a very bad drug no wonder people will turn to heroin. So just no that you should go to a pain clinic if you need a pain management program.

I am never late for anything, but life happens& bc of traffic I arrived 10 minutes late to may 8:20 appointment for which I have been waiting 2 months. By the time I'm at receptionist it is 8:32. So guilty!! She informs me that bc I missed 10 minutes cut off window for being late, I must to rescheduled. At first I am in disbelieve, sort of speechless, but manage to ask her to see if Doctor will allow this exception & will see me. It is my annual, & is not a big deal, I can reschedule that part, BUT I also have a neck problem that I have been working on with his nurse practitioner and x-rays and problems are still here & really affecting my everyday life at work&home,I really need to move to the next step after all $&time I spent on physical therapy, massages,... I am in pain. Long story short: they can renew my non working prescription, schedule me with nurse again but to see HIM I have to reschedule.1st available 12/30. Doctor is busy today bc he will be gone next week & can't do… anything for me. Kind of like airline overbook & h ope one or two will show up late & will be bumped to next fight. With my luck my next "flight" is in 2 months. (Another Lesson?)I rescheduled. Life sucks,especially when you get old &NEED that care and HAVE insurance. Compassion&Hope are missing from today's health care. Front desk is empowered combating front line of late coming losers. And keep HIM out of it. When health professionals signed up for this job was it because of compassion?

Completely ignored my fathers symptoms of dementia. After a couple years of pleading by co-visits of family members. Thank god there are doctors out there who actually listen to both patient and people who those who are concerned for their well being.

It appears that non-providers in this office do not like patients, since they are almost always unhelpful and unpleasant.

Dr. Graybill is a pleasant man but he has made several errors in diagnosing basic medical problems. His medical assistant is consistently surly and prone to providing inaccurate information. In just one example, she insisted that a prescription was called in when an over the counter med was recommended.

Good guy, but does not know drugs and made several mistakes not knowing serious potential interactions. Does not keep up to date on dangers of statins or possible alternatives.

Asst. Lisa could improve attitude and service... fails to return calls often. I thought Dr. Graybill also went to Harvard... undergrad? he is a good egg and considers alternative therapies if asked.
