WORST APPOINTMENT EVER!!!!!!! WORST OFFICE ASSISTANTS EVER!!!!WORST OFFICE MANAGER EVER!!!! WHEN I GOT TO APPT. WAS TOLD IT WAS A 2 HOUR WAIT POSSIBLY MORE. NOBODY INFORMED ME BEFORE HAND AND WHEN I TRIED TO GET HELP THE OFFICE ASSISTANCE AND OFFICE MANAGER THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY THAT THEY COULDN'T OR WOULDN'T HELP. THEY ASKED ME NOT TO WRITE A BAD REVIEW OF HOW THEY RUN THEIR OFFICE SO THEY WOULDN'T LOOSE OR GET NEW PATIENTS. A DOCTOR THAT RUNS 2 HOURS BEHIND WHEN ONLY 1 PERSON IS IN THE WAITING ROOM IS NOT A DOCTOR THAT INSPIRES CONFIDENCE OR A DOCTOR I WOULD WANT TO SEE. THE OFFICE STAFF WAS LIKE THE ICING ON A VERY, VERY BAD CAKE. DON'T USE THIS OFFICE!!!!!

Took the time that was needed

I have been hospitalized several times with extreme Nuero conditions to the point of being paralyzed and symptoms and even pass out from pain and no matter how many voice messages I leave or even plead in person I can’t get my spinal tap results in order to get treated at the hospital!!! He is responsible and takes zero accountability.... law suit awaits you Jacobs !!

I have MS and this doctor is caring and has helped me. I have been to others who treated me like I was something the dog dragged in , But Dr Jacobs and his staff are the best

Diagnosed a hard condition

After waiting a month for my MRI review and an EMG and EEG (technician was fantastic) Dr Jacobs while doing EMG states he things my issue is my neck. In office after test and reviewing my Mayo Clinic files from 3-4 years ago says he can’t help me. Doesn’t address my neck or headaches, offers me Lyrica which I told him I can’t take. Offers me Tylenol which I can’t take. I want him to address my neck which he won’t. keeps saying can’t help me. Gets up walks out the door hands the receptionist papers says give them to her if she wants them. Meanwhile standing right there. Rude arrogant and dismissive. Seems as though since I didn’t have MS he wasn’t interested in helping me.

Phones don't get answered. Doctor couldn't notify staff he was going to be an hour late for his 1st appt. (me)? Staff acted like that was normal. Told I could reschedule for a week or two later.(after waiting over an hour). MRA and blood work done, next soonest appt. 5 wks. later. Did not get results of test for 5 wks.

This Doctor should have his own head checked, he can't seem to remember if it's the first time he met u or has treated u, what test he has ordered, your prior conditions, don't waste your energy, find a doctor who is going to b willing to one remember u to help you get better, staff personal is OK but never seem to have your files in order or do what they say there gonna do like forward your records to your primary, unless you have a clear diagnosis he won't help save your self the agony find a real doctor who will take the time to review his own notes.

Prepare to wait over an hour for you appointment while less than hospitable staff provide conflicting information about the medication programs than that provided by the physician. The office is impossible to get ahold of, and after not submitting the prescription as promised and being without medication for MS, a four hour stop by the office finally got a prescription faxed to the pharmacy. Also good luck getting the office to send authorizations to the insurance or imaging place despite the doctors ordering of the test. Best advice about this practice and provider, find another one!
