Dr. Daniel Russell Keech, MD

Very pleased with how our visit was handled as we just called for an appointment without a doctors recommendation and were given the utmost courtesy and first available time slot. His nurse was most helpful and knowledgeable about getting a hold of our previous tests for the doctors review, which I hadn’t brought With me. Dr. Keech answered our concerns and told us how we could proceed since my husband had a stroke and his swallowing was inhibited. His demeanor was one of confidence and we felt that he Was leading us on the right tract. Highly recommend his excellent nurse and Dr. Keech.

Dr. Keech and his staff are amazing. Yes the wait time is excessive but I work in the medical/dental field so I understand that it happens. But with that being said Dr. Keech and the staff are so kind and amazing. I had two surgeries to not only take care of a sinus infection but also repair my airways to breathe better. Dr. Keech is super nice and he always has a smile on his face. Today was my last post op and I am healing great but a part of me is sad that I don’t have to go there anymore! The staff knew me and remembered personal things about me which made a huge impression for me! And I was very very nervous to have the surgeries and Dr. Keech helped calm my nerves and assured me. I highly recommend him! I will always go back to him for an ENT! Thank you so so much Dr. Keech and staff!!!!!

Dr. Keech did not provide adequate information for me to make good decisions during our appointment. He performed procedures that cost a great deal of additional moneys without informing me of any additional cost. His assistant, when contacted about my comments only made excuses for all the reasons he didn't supply the information and with no attempt to understand my viewpoint in any way. Communication with your patients is key, having a revolving door just to give out a higher bill is unethical and just greedy.

I have had inner ear problems for years. I ended up with a double ear infection and after my General Doctor gave me meds for it I was still wanting to see a specialist. I haven't been to one for some years and I was feeling a little off balance since the infections. I got there and the 1st thing the girl said was, : you are here for a hearing test". I said no, I am here for feeling unbalanced. So she checked my ears and said they looked good. Then she came back and said I had to have a hearing test?? After that I was taken to a room ( not my room as all were full). I sat there for ever and then finally the nurse came and put me in my room to wait for Dr. Keech. Total I waited for one hour, after the hearing test were all done.. I was so mad that I almost walked out, but I really thought he would help me. He finally came in, was acting nice but every time I mentioned feeling a little off balance he would say "when did you start feeling dizzy"? I told him it is NOT dizzy it is… unbalanced. He just wouldn't stop saying the same thing. I told him I know what dizzy is and there is a difference. Then after about 10 minutes he just says, nothing you can do to test inner ear thing and just stay on water pills and stay away from salt??? My regular Dr. could have told me that one. I had said my sinuses are bad too and he didn't even check them. Looked in my throat and that was it. Unbelievable!!! Useless Dr. and will never go back. I know more about inner ear problems and sinus than he did. Can you all tell by my long letter that I am still mad about it. Don't waste your time going to this quack.

I'm a singer, and I recently had an appointment with Dr. Keech for some throat pain and vocal problems I was having. I was a little concerned after reading some of the less-than-positive reviews online, but my experience with him was amazing. He was patient, kind, confident, and immediately made me feel at ease. I hope I don't have any more throat problems, but if I do, I know which ENT doc I'm going to see!

Dr. Keech just seem like rused in and out from room to room. He seemed cold and uncaring. He cleaned one ear just because he could charge an exorbitant amount for nothing because I had pain on that side. Charged the 2 second procedure as a surgical procedure. Ripoff.

I've been there twice Dr. Keech is alright he's nice, answers questions,pretty good at explaining things I trust what he's saying. The first visit was pretty decent the second visit with him was all right except he got up to take a phone call in the middle of my time with him which I'm paying $50 each time to speak with him for 10 minutes I expect undivided attention ...what really made me visits worse was the receptionist..... She's a complete moron ..... And she's a little rude with the personality of a plant.... And when you are the front face of the office, you should have a better attitude.... But I aside from that she double charged me .... Said my card was declined which it wasn't but I wrote her a check ... She ran my card twice and never said anything until I wanted to change my payment ... Then the next I called her back and was more polite than I should have been because she caused me to have overdraft fees. She told me to check with my bank .... Which I did .... They said… she did double charge me and when I called her back she quickly refered me to their billing person and stood by the fact my card was declined and she called the billing guy and he told her it was declined .... Not true the billing guy told me that was what she said but actually I was correct and they would be refunding me my money....and on top of that my medicine was called into the wrong pharmacy even though I called her and said it twice which pharmacy to double check and she acted like yeah yeah she got it .... But she didn't so I had to call the pharmacies .... Bottom line if he would get rid of that staff being he would be doing his business a favor....: any I don't go back for a while but I'm thinking of switching doctors..:: too much money being spent for a crappy service

he's a great doctor......very nice and explained everything very well.
