Compassionate concerning his patients

It takes several weeks to get an appointment. When you go, he has two appointments booked for each slot. I alwsy waited for almost 2-3 hours in the waiting room and then more time in the exam room. Because of his overbooked schedule there was basically no walk in service available.

I have no problem with the doctor. In fact, I would have left a long time ago if it wasn't for him but he is a good doctor. The rating above is not for him but for his personnel. The waiting period is excessive. They need training on customer service, answering the phone, leaving you on hold and willing to assist if you have questions. The billing department only knows how to collect money because when it comes to credits--they have no procedures on sending you "your" money unless you call and request it. Good luck on receiving it in a timely manner.
