Dr. Daniel William Langley, DO

Confused chaos, long wait times, short vague discombobulated Drs. attention and lack of communication was terrible. Certainly would never recommend. Disappointed I didn’t go with my first impression find another Dr and practice.

Langley lied and said the cataract surgery would be free, 3 times. I am poor widow and told him medicare is all I have and that has to cover the entire cost, I have no money. Langley said it was free for me. I had consultation and they don't care it is a cost of $250 per eye thru medicare. i don't have that. Langley lied looking at me 3 times, to get me back for surgery and money in his pocket. It's depressing and devastating. What a fake, how disappointing in the man I am.

My appt. time was 10:45 I walked out at 12:45- lots of waiting. I am sure Dr. Langley is great but ---I had a laser treatment and eye exam. All total maybe fifteen or twenty minutes. He seemed very rushed. I was told I did not need a change in prescription. I tasked the assistant for a prescription to buy a new pair of glasses. She took it off my glasses with no Dr. signature and handed me the paper. I have written twice and returned the prescription for a signature and NO RESPONSE of any kind so far. I think three weeks is sufficient time for some kind of response. Do not recommend - obviously. I will now need to go for another eye exam - but not there.

I now have more serious problems than I originally had. One eye is sunken deeply into the socket. I can't believe this has happened to me. My sight is more compromised than ever and I can barely see anymore. I'm really upset about this. They won't offer a reason for the issues I'm having. They told me after I had the catarac surgery that it was common to have worsened vision after the surgery than before and said all I needed was stronger lenses. How stupid to need more help than ever after a surgery intended to correct my vision difficulties!!! I'm horrified at the callousness and carelessness of the doctors. When I expressed concerns and wanted to discuss them I was scolded for questioning their abilities.

I paid cash for a package of their artificial tears, now they say I didn't pay and I owe $24. Also, they tell you followup visits are included in the cost of surgery, then when there are complications from the surgery, they want to charge for the extra visits. Lastly, Dr. Langley's surgerical skills are awesome, but he and the other doctors make it clear they don't want to spend 5 seconds more with the patient than they have to. If you have a question, you have to ask them as they rush out the door, so they can lean back into the exam room and make it clear your questions are an interruption of their valuable time, which they'd rather be spending with someone else.

Everything went perfect no matter what a solution was had. I did have just a small,problem with the second surgery but dr Ford solved it immediately and explained what and why all just perfect

Best Opthalmologist around! Would not trust anyone else with my eyes besides Dr. Langley! He is very knowledgeable and cares about his patients!

We do not believe in suing people. It's not our nature. We've been in business all our lives and know what the public are like but this was very hard to resist suing him for the physical pain and discomfort my husband has had to endure because the dr. Chose the most expensive lens nit the one that should have been used. The one he chose had been discontinued by his educator because it caused so many permanent problems and he was aware of that! After the surgery I called him for his help and left meY name and number more than once I did not return my call and that was immediately after the surgery before we knew it was a discontinued lens for a good reason, took our money , not good follow up , definitely felt like it was for money and not concerned about care.

Dr. Langley is a wonderful Doctor who really cares about his patients.
