After having months of pain behind my knee, a nodule popped out & I went for an MRI. My doctor suggested that a knee specialist look at it. Dr. Mulholland barely examined me, said it was nothing & totally missed it on the MRI. It was a blood clot. He told me the pain was coming from my back.

Wife had her Total Knee Arthroplasty by him. Did an incredible job, no complications, post op course smooth uneventful. Knee functions just like it did when age 30. He is all about fine details that make for a great outcome with minimal risk.His track record speaks for itself. All about the patient, that is the most important thing! Shrewsbury/Red Bank is extremely lucky to have him. Gave Anesthesia for him in the operating room for 13 years, you can’t get much better.. Shoulders and knees , he’s great!!! Really decent man..

Very easy to talk to and he listens to all your concerns. . Explains the surgery so you understand what is going to be done. Surgery in 2 days so follow up visit should be 5 star.

I am still suffering from a misdiagnosed foot problem from Dr. Mulholland. He is arrogant and does not listen to the patient. I only hope I can walk properly again in the near future.

Dr. Mulholland was an amazing doctor. When I tore my MCL he was quick in diagnosing the problem and had some of the best bedside manners I've seen from a doctor. Not only did he make me feel comfortable about the surgery but he also made my mother feel better (which is hard to do!) You are in good hands with Dr. Mulholland! By the way, 10 years later and my knee is stronger than ever - just completed a tough mudder!

Dr. Mulholland quickly and accurately diagnosed my problem. Surgery was recommended and I was scheduled within 2.5. weeks of my initial visit for surgery. My surgery was performed at the Shrewsbury Surgical Center. Prior to the surgery I was unable to lift my right arm without pain much past 70 degrees. He repaired my rotator cuff and post rehab I am now able to raise my arm pain free and with strength. I would definitely recommend Dr. Mulholland if you are experiencing shoulder pain.
