I just gave a review that I had my hip replacement 18 years ago.. The rating should have been excellent rather than great.

I had my hip replacement 18 years ago. Dr Rich is an excellent doctor.I never had a problem with the hip replacement. I never think of it and have always continued with my normal activities including sport activities. I just had a visit with Dr. Rich and the hip is still as good as the day it was put in. The doctor and his staff are very considerate. Also one of the few doctors I go to that does not have a wait time.

Not easy to find a great surgeon with an equally impressive bedside manner but I found Him. II’ve already recommended him to friends and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend in the future.

Doctor Rich is very friendly and reliable. During the whole process, he made me feel reassured making it very easy to trust him. One of the best feelings is to be confident in your doctor and having your doctor be confident in you. With Doctor Rich, this was the case. All I can say is I am extremely grateful for your service.

Dr. Rich kind , sympathetic, understanding and above all else is the most competent surgeon I have met. After many visits to a variety of specialists it was Dr. Rich who diagnosed and properly treated my problem.

Dr. Rich is top of the line. He knows his business and does a phenomenal job. Had a total knee replacement and was walking that day and sent home the next. He follows up and is NEVER bothered by questions - he even returned a call I placed on a Sunday night at 11 p.m. to ask him a question. His staff and the staff of HSS are unsurpassed. I can say that Dr. Rich leaves nothing behind, he's on top of everything every step of the way. A phenomenal Doctor and very nice person. Thanks Dr. Rich.

Dr. Rich was very helpful, caring with my Knee replacement surgery from my appointments before surgery during my stay in the hospital and post surgery. He directed me to one of the best PT specialist which I am going to and continue to see to have my leg in A+ working condition. I am very happy and lucky to have had Dr. Rich do this knee replacement. His staff is also very good, very knowledgeable and caring. I feel very secure having Dr. Rich taking care of me.

Dr Rich and his staff are caring and professional. They guided me through the entire procedure. Dr. Rich's skill as a surgeon enabled me to leave my 3 plus years of pain on the operating room table. Follow his instructions and you too will be smiling and moving without effort or pain.

Dr Rich performed a yotal knee replacement 2 weeks ago at HSS. He is fantastic with an excellent caring bed side manner. I can't say enough good things about him. I am so very happy i decided to have the surgery and that Dr Rich was my surgeon. I highly recommend him.
