NOT TOO MANY COMMENTS FOR BEING IN PRACTICE FOR OVER 20 YEARS...........Rude office staff but what about Dr. Rodriguez?

Dr Rodriguez is a great dr takes his time with his patients,recommend him highly,but the staff needs improvement.

He continued to follow my care after I had emergency surgery at Trinity Hospital

The staff does not have any lack of concern about a patient (at list me). First time I went to my Dr’s. Appointment, I got speechless with the doctor assistant Mr. John, he actually mentioned to me that I was faking it being sick just to get the door open with them, sense then, I have had a bad experience with the staff, so misleading they are, and I said, misleading they are in a malicious way. Whether or not I got distress with John’s comment, I reported this incident with Dr, Rodriguez and it appears to me that the exclusion became worst for me, as if they were getting me back for my complain with Dr. Daniel. I lost several appointments thanks to their inability to manage. With respect with Dr. Daniel Rodriguez, I have nothing to say good or bad. But his staff speaks for itself.

You might not see Dr Rodriguez unless you make an appointment 4 weeks. He's booked. So I always a PA. His PA's are good but appointments are never on time. Expect waiting at least an hour.

Haven't even had an opportunity to see the Dr. and provide a rating on him. The staff were abrupt and rude right off the bat. I was attempting to make an appointment and was left on hold. Had to repeat the purpose of my call and my information to several people. Not a great feeling to start but understandable that the people in front of them are a priority, and people on the phone come second. I agree with that. However, the sharp tongue and curt attitudes, most people can do without. I was hoping to be able to see the Dr. as he has such great reviews but I don't want to deal with that type of staff every time I have an appointment. I will be looking for another primary care doctor based on his staff.

The entire staff always goes above and beyond. I am now on medicaid and heart broken not to have him as a physician. My husband is so blessed as he gets to go to this facility. The are spot on with diagnosis and very helpful with keeping you focused on best health practices.

Best doctor I have ever had. I am heartbroken my new insurance does not have him on my plan. I am very scared to go to another doctor. He is aware of this and stopped by my hospital room to tell me he will always be on hand to answer questions and get all info regarding my many health issues to my new doctor. He is a blessing and practices medicine how it should be . Best care practices always for his patients.

Love him and his staff so very kind and professional. He really listens to his patients and does all he can to help them improve their health. When you need a specialist he selects the very best. I cannot rave enough about them!!! Love his PA's they are just as amazing.
