I love her. But her staff of Rude and does not try to help in anyway. I was having a problem after a surgery and their responses was saying things “Oh my God” then but me on hold. Did this twice. Told me to go to the ER which I explained by I couldn’t. Ask to speak to the doctor. No bc she’s in surgery till Tuesday. The doc is the only one I have dealt with knows my past 12 yrs of medical issues. Argued with me about other things which I was right about all of them not them. I started another story about not going to the ER and she hung up on me. Then would not give her name. I pray they never have 14 surgeries in 14 yrs. If they did. They would understand a whole lot. They were absolutely the rudest people I have ever dealt with. A resident doesn’t have the same experience as a doctor. Another reason to actually talk to the doctor. 1 stars only bc I loved her. I can’t wait until I’m done with this post op stuff. I will never go back She does have a portal but she is not the… one who writes back.
