Dante Implicito, M.D. is a distinguished Orthopedic Spine Surgeon, board-certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery.He specializes in the treatment of degenerative conditions of the cervical and lumbar spine—particularly spondylolisthesis. Dr. Implicito serves as the Regional Chair of Orthopedic Surgery at Hackensack Meridian Health. He has delivered numerous lectures to orthopedic and neurosurgical residents, the medical community, and at various national and international conferences.

Among his significant contributions, Dr. Implicito performed the first laparoscopic spinal fusion at Hackensack University Medical Center in 1997. I owe my life to Dante. Absolutely the best! I highly recommend Dante and I am grateful for his compassion and kindness to me with my condition and successful surgery that he performed on my behalf. Great and empathetic bedside manner and my follow up appointments have been nothing short than superlative and enlightening. Thank You Dante for everything!

Dr. Implicito is a fantastic Doctor/Surgeon. He helped me tremendously. He is kind and courteous and speaks to you so you understand your health issue. The Office staff is also very good. He is a very skilled Surgeon. I highly recommend Dr. Implicito and his staff.

Dr. Implicito is the rare surgeon who talks to you, explains your problem, and gives you options. If you need surgery, he is superb. He did a spine fusion in my neck 10 years ago, and I still have complete neck motion, and no pain.

He performed a spinal lamenectomy on my spine with distinctive skills and knowledge. He explained every detail and had my best interest in mind irregardless of any circumstance. I highly recommend him to everyone that has spinal problems! He has been an angel in my life as well as his kind staff.

I am so grateful to Dr. Implicito for taking such good care of my father. After having hip surgery (different doctor and practice), my father was experiencing back pain. Because of Dr. Implicito's care, my father (who is in his 80s and has never exercised) is now walking 3 times a day! Thank you, Dr. Implicito!

Dr. Implicito is the best spinal surgeon in the area. I had a surgery with him and everything he said and did was spot on. I am feeling 100% better and am off medication. I never waited more than 5 minutes to get in to see him - he does not over book his patients. He is associated with the best hospital in the area - Hackensack University Medical Center. You can not do better than Dr. Implicito !!
