Dr. Darlene Morrissey, DO

I have one of the top 10 most painful diseases known to medicine. I called this office to get a straight forward answer and all I got was runaround. First, they said they would call me back to book me but it might take a week or two. I thought... why? But assumed covid. They weren't upfront about it at all. Made it sound out of ordinary for them. I had already been waiting for four weeks in pain but they said, wait another two. Today I finally got a call to book and they said the next available appointment is six weeks out. Wow. I asked if they understand my symptoms. They did. Huh. Then they told me on my first visit I was getting scoped. According to the American Urologist Association, scoping is tier 2 diagnostics. There's a whole tier of things they can check before invasive , potentially painful flair inducing things like scopes. This doctor clearly does not care about her patients quality of life if their method is to drag you for two months and then throw you right into a scope.

I'm very disappointed with Dr. Darlene Morrissey's unprofessional conduct.

Have been trying for over two months to make an appointment with this doctor I was referred too. I really hope there is nothing seriously wrong with me? My health is important to me but not to this doctors office. After waiting to receive my referral I was told by her rude appointment scheduler someone would call me back. No one ever did. Then after repeatedly leaving messages I complained and finally spoke to a Bianca who said I needed doctors notes before the appointment. My doctor said they sent them. More weeks go by and I’m still repeatedly calling to make the appointment finally I had to call my doctor and Bianca on three way so they would all see the notes were sent. Then I was told someone would call me to make an appointment. More weeks go by. No one calls. I repeatedly call. Told several other nurses at the facility the issue. Asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told someone would call me back. No one ever did. I’m ready to give up. Have to go get a whole other referral… which takes more weeks for a different doctor since they are refusing to even let me know if they will make an appointment or not. As I said hope nothing is really wrong cause if it is I will sue them for playing with my time and health like this. Have never had such a hard time making a doctors appointment in my life

From the bottom of my heart I want to thank dr. Morrissey she was so compassionate and made me feel so comfortable she changed my life I no longer feel like I have to stay at home and not do anything I Feel Complete now everything has changed for the better she's giving me back my life thank you doctor

The moment I met dr. Morrissey she was so amazing and she called me down and explained everything in detail and she calm my anxiety and I thought cared about right away she's so compassionate and very professional and she really does care if anybody wants to have surgery female surgery I would recommend dr. Morrissey best doctor I've ever had I love her not right now

I honestly can't thank Dr. Morrissey and her team enough. What they were able to accomplish was nothing short of a miracle for my mother. After suffering for more than 25 years with a horrible case of prolapse, my mother had all but given up on her situation and was terrified of another failed surgery. But Dr. Morrissey was able to change all of that. Firstly, she answered all of our questions and provided the attention and care that we had not been given at other facilities that simply wanted to treat my mother as just another number. She could see that my mother was very nervous, skeptical and mostly scared. So, Dr. Morrissey and her team went to extra lengths to ensure that we understood the procedure and all that it would entail. She put us at ease with her very kind demeanor and incredibly patient nature. She sat through long and very detailed, and at times, awkward conversations with us about the procedure and the long term effects and the possible outcomes. But mostly, she… reassured my mother and gave her hope about the life that she had been missing for so long. And ultimately, Dr. Morrissey and her team were able to fully accomplish everything that multiple doctors before had failed at. My mother, is now several months post-op and has the quality of life that she only dreamed about for a third of her life. She no longer sits and watches life pass her by with a can't attitude. She no longer lives in severe discomfort. She is now thriving. And all of that is due to the amazing efforts and care provided to her by Dr. Darlene Morrissey and her team. We are eternally grateful to Dr. Morrissey and her dedicated team.
