Dr. David Marc Anapolle, MD

Absolutely horrible experience. We went in for an injury that wasn’t healing after 2 weeks as directed by our doctor, after X-rays showed there was a small fracture. Dr. Anapolle did not ask what any of my symptoms were and didn’t bother to look at the paperwork before coming in. He looked and felt my foot for two seconds, not even comparing it to the other foot, which is what palpating 101, and did not do any manual manipulations on it to test range of motion or gauge pain levels. He looked at the X-ray and said “I have no idea what they saw but it looks fine” (our doctor who diagnosed the break is a well renowned doctor) He then told us that I should wear a boot “for as long as it needs” I’m coming to you for medical advice how am I supposed to know how long it needs?? He also said we could “go to therapy or don’t it doesn’t matter” ?? When expressing to him that I have had multiple foot/ankle injuries and they’ve never been this bruised, sore, or swollen after two weeks, Dr.… Anapolle said “I don’t know what to tell you” He was completely dismissive of any questions we asked, spent less than 5 minutes in the room, and was more concerned chatting with the staff than helping us. He told us to “come back in 4 weeks if it’s not better to actually see what’s wrong with it”. Complete waste of time and money for a doctor who has no compassion or time of day for his patients. Google was more helpful in telling us what to do for a broken foot than 100s of dollars wasted on seeing Dr. Anapolle.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND: Dr. David M Anapolile and staff were rude and of no help whatsoever for a broken ankle. Had to go to my primary doctor for relief and proper treatment. This doctor has no moral ethics. Don't waste your time to be treated rudely. ??

Compassionate and caring.

We had to use Pace Ortho quickly, as my son completely shattered his knee cap in gym class....6th grade......Dr. Annapolle not only made me feel at ease but as I was completely having a panic attack before they wheeled my baby into surgery, he was explaining things to me and calming me......he has wonderful bedside manner, the staff was easy to deal with, follow up went smoothly. All seems well with my sons knee, couldn't be happier.......this Dr. Is A+++++

Although the diagnosis was correct and the surgery appropriate I found his attitude to be poor and his communication skills terrible. He would not answer my post-op questions of what exactly was done during surgery and instead insisted on showing me meaningless photographs of the inside of my knee that, as I am not a doctor, explained nothing. Plus the surgery center where this was performed felt quite like an assembly line; I was not made to feel particularly comfortable, and it turns out that his office is part owner in the facility so of course he has a double interest in getting the patients in and out. Lastly - I had to have the exact same surgery performed one year later. While it's not conclusive that this was due to any mistakes on his part, one can only wonder.... I have found a wonderful doctor in the area to do this second surgery so my advice is to talk to people who have been through this and get some personal feedback before you choose your doctor!

Staff was nice place clean. Dr bedside manner nice however telling me he was going to remove something before he even looks inside bothers me. May need to be removed will know more when I have a look inside. That would be a statement I could live with. NOT I am going to remove it and you will need another surgery in a while. Did not make me feel that I could trust what he says. Sorry
