Para mi la experiencia fue fatal pues además de no haber prestado correcta atención a mi hija que se ha echo de todo y el oncólogo le índico una biopsia de glanglios de cuello el se negó a realizarla pues la mando a esperar 6 o 7 meses y le dijo que sus glanglios estarían inflamados por los aretes o por alergia Que el no estaba de acuerdo en hacer ni la extirpación ni la punción del glanglios porque no había necesidad Ojalá mi hija no tenga ninguna complicación en el futuro por falta de la atención médica por parte de ese hombre que se dice ser médico cirujano de cuello

There are no words to express how happy I am to have chosen Dr. Arnold for my surgery. After extensive research and visiting a few surgeons I was in dismay when they all other doctors recommended a more invasive procedure . Dr. Arnold on the other hand assured me it was unnecessary and made it a point to leave me minimal scarring and what a wonderful job he did. Dr. Arnold took his time to get to know me and my personal history. My appointments were never rushed and always punctual. I am very happy with UM in general, all the nurses were phenomenal, a special shout out to Nereadia-PACU (I’m not sure if I spelled her name correctly) she was attentive and comforted me when she saw I was nervous before the surgery. The follow up was great as well, nurse Jennifer took the time to get me the information I needed quickly and provide me with detailed instructions on how to take care of my stitches over the phone. I highly recommend this institution!

Dr. Arnold has been a Godsend to me and my family. He successfully completed a delicate tumor extraction with astounding skill and confidence. He always replies quickly and fully to questions. His team speaks of him with a reverence that is truly rare. I consider Dr. Arnold to be among the finest few human beings I have met in my life. I am forever grateful for having been introduced to him at a time of crisis. Thank you so much.

After knowing I was late for the appointment I specifically called to see if I should reschedule it or still come as I was driving from over an hour away. They told me to come to them tell me the doctor could not see me and I have to reschedule. I asked to speak to someone and after waiting for over an hour no one had the courtesy to come out. Not only did I waste my time in traffic but no communication. Very upsetting

Twelve years ago I had squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue and lower left mandible. This year I had a sarcoma in my right mandible. Both times Dr. Arnold saved my life. You will not find a better and more compassionate surgeon with the highest surgical skills in head and neck cancers. He listens and he cares. I owe my life to him.

Dr Arnold demonstrated tremendous confidence in very complicated surgery on my husband two years ago. We had gone to him for a second opinion regarding treatment for cancer. His tremendous knowledge and skill at surgery saved my husband's life. We give Dr. Arnold all the credit for that.

My mom had her first visit today with Dr.Arnold. He spent time with us,let us questions and was very helpful.

Great doctor, great bedside manners . Knows his field and love the way he takes the time to explain what it is and what needs to be done to get you better. He's funny and makes you smile, and comfortable . It really help me on my surgery day. My surgery was a success , and my scar was neat, and healed great. The only problem of rudeness I ever encounter was from his secretary lizBeth a day after my surgery. I was relieved for him to tell me if you ever have a problem like that again call me at home a WOW moment. It said a lot about him he cares for his patients and want them to have no disrespect .If I ever need his service again , He will be the one hands down
