Dr. David Marshall Bloom, MD

The best doctor I ever had. He went above and beyond..making sure I understood what I needed to look for, if I understood the disease and what I could do to help myself. When he retired, I cried.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bloom. He embodies everything a doctor should be. He is intelligent, caring, empathetic and supportive. He goes above and beyond his duties as a physician and literally saved my husband's life. I just wish other physicians were as industrious as Dr. Bloom. He takes the time to actually listen, answer questions and get the job done. Thank you, Dr. Bloom.

I will agree with previous reviews that Dr. Bloom is blunt and very curt. But he is a no nonsense VERY GOOD doctor. if you wait for the right time he is very willing to help you and answer any questions that you may have. If you want a warm and fuzzy doctor, he isnt the dr. for you. But if you want someone that will not sugar coat things and is straight forward, he is the right Dr. for you. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for him, and I still go to him even though I moved the Orange County a year ago.

Dr. David Bloom has all of the qualities of what we patients want from our medical professional but are rare today. He is thorough, taking the time to ensure that his patients' needs and questions are met. He is a superb diagnostician. I could not be more pleased to have Dr. Bloom as my Primary Physician.

Dr. Bloom is an excellent doctor with a very poor bedside manner. He doesn't seem to want to communicate with his patients.

He is an excellant doctor but I agree with the writer above that he is arrogant, blunt and maybe too blunt and direct. He will put you in your place if you interrupt him or if your asking too many questions. He is to the point and is egotistic and self-centered. He doesn't have too much patience and is quick. If your looking for someone who is soft-kinded and gentle then I suggest to seek elsewhere...but if that doesn't bother you then you will be OK..good luck..

He's a great doctor and very to the point and direct but sometimes he can get caught up in his own ego and is self-centered & a little too arrogant & blunt...
