Dr. David Clifton Brodner, MD

I was referred to Dr. Brodner by my internist for a sleep study. I have a history of migraines so Dr. Brodner's assistant told me I needed a CAT scan of my sinuses. allergy tests and a regiment of sprays including a steriod, over the counter nose spray and mucinex. I had still not met the doctor. I began the regiment and after 1 week I began to have nose bleeds that lasted for up to 3 hours. I went to the office and the assistant began to cauterize my nose when Dr. Brodner took over because she did not know which hand to use. The cauterization did not work. I had to visit the Urgent Care and finally the ER at Boca Reginal. I lost 2 months of my life to nose bleeds caused by the sprays prescribed by this office. I finally went to an excellent doctor at the University of Miami that used the correct technology. He did a nasaloscopy to see the inside of my nose. He cauterized it in a very different way and my nose stopped bleeding. Dr. Brodner is incompetent and should not be practicing.

i went for a simple ear infection, im a scuba diver so well aware when its infected. i was billed prior to examination for wax cleaning, something id had done 2 weeks prior so wasnt required ! he wasnt at all friendly, very matter of fact, did a culture and i was told alcohol and vinegar for the infection. however the pain was excruciating, 26 hrs later i went to CVS the next day, who gave me antibiotics, within 3 hours the pain was reducing and within 30 hours all good. i then got a call from dr brodners 6 days after to say there was no infection. ill stick to a simple ER next time. i left with a crazy bill and no treatment !

HORRIBLE DOCTOR! Stay far away! Has 0 compassion, does not explain what he is going to do, just digs in and hurts you and then blames you for being too sensitive. The worst doctor I have ever been to by far!

Dr. Brodner is the personification of arrogance! He prescribed several tests for me to address my concerns about instability and dizziness. He never bothered to review these tests with me until I asked for a consult two months later. At that consult, he simply told me that I have “inner ear weakness” and simply refused to elaborate or provide any further details. He said he spent 14 years learning his craft (and obviously zero years in learning how to communicate with his patient) and obviously thought it was beneath him to educate me. I will not deal with any doctor who doesn’t acknowledge a patient’s right to information about him- or herself.

He stinks has no bedside manner

Very easy to make sam-day appointment, although dr. appeared very rushed and did not have a good bedside manner. Also, NEVER called back with results of tests, diagnoses or follow up!!!!! At this point, will not be returning to the office since it appears that they don't care.

Came in with a serious medical condition but was told to see a psychologist. A year later, I got my severe deviated septum corrected by another doctor. The septum was actually pushing into the sinus cavity causing sleeping issues and hypoxia.

Excellent results, a small amount of discomfort during the numbing process, the procedure was painless and fast the doctor and nurse are very helpful and professional ! I would highly recommend Dr Brodner!
